Bed was comfortable and view from windows was fantastic. It was very peaciful. A boy(with long hair) on reception was very polite and he gave us good informstion. Also,he help us with suitcase.

We had an incredible stay at the Country Hotel. The rooms were great and so was the breakfast. We were really looking forward to eating dinner at their on-site restaurant, but unfortunately it was already closed for the season. Nevertheless, it was only a few minutes into Hofn where there were some great restaurants (our favorite was Pakkhus). The hotel has beautiful views of the mountains and you can see multiple glaciers from the breakfast room!

Situated next to Iceland’s Ring Road, this family-run farm hotel offers brightly decorated rooms with a TV and a private bathroom. The Hoffell Hot Springs are 25 km away.

Beautiful view, not too far from glacier lagoon for zodiak tour (highly recommend). Fabulous breakfast! Comfortable beds! Felt cosy inside. Great coffee machine

We like that the room is equipped with many power sockets. We could simultaneously charge our phones, extra battery and insta360 all at the same time. The room was also sunset facing which meant that we had good sun (and heat) in the evening to dry our clothes, and especially socks. The room also came with heavy curtains to block off the midnight sun. Beds were very comfy and we were well-rested for the night. Next morning, the buffet breakfast was such a treat.
