A really perfect stay. The hotel itself is a wonderful surprise: not only nice to stay in, but stylish to look at. Breakfast is truly splendid - it is almost brunch-like, which is quite rare in Italy. Additionally, throughout the day, hot tea and coffee are free. The rooms are comfy and generous in size. Lastly, the hotel is a 15/20 minutes walking distance from all major sites.

We were in the very heart of the city, close to the palaces and churches we wanted to visit.
We only paid 5 euros for 24 hours to leave the car very close to the hotel thanks to the document issued by the hotel reception.
The staff was very nice and helpful.
The city is marvellous. Walk about 10 minutes from the touristic busy and noisy streets and you will find excellent restaurants, bars and salumerie.

We had a junior suite which had windows looking onto two adjoining streets which were full of atmosphere and charm. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is located at the heart of the Old historic town quite close to the Palazzo Ducale.

I was very well received, and the receptionist escorted me to the room and explained how everything works. The room is very clean, the sheets are of good quality, and the shower was excellent, with strong water pressure and very hot water. The temperature of the room was comfortable for the winter, at -1°C outside. The hotel is very close to the city center, just a 10-minute walk. For the price charged, it was very fair.
