The whole experience was exceptional. I was away a few days cycling alone. The lady was fantastic when I checked in. The room was fantastic, The restaurant downstairs was amazing. The breakfast was off the scale. Really enjoyed my stay. Ampezzo a hidden gem. Fantastic, warm and friendly people.

Fountain on the front of the property, lantern lamp around, beautiful Mountain View makes evenings very relaxing almost romantic 😉 Great staff and very beautiful pictures around property with everything what is around.     A Snowy Fairy Tale in the Heart of the Friulian Alps. Excellent food, friendly staff, and charming traditional accommodation. Located right by the ski slopes, it's perfect for a winter getaway.     Sauris is lovely mountain village full of charm and very peaceful. There is a lovely church of St. Oswald that is 500 years old. Nature and views are magnificent. Lots of tracking rutes and not crowded with tourists!

    It's a cosy place to have a two or three days of rest in a quiet surrounding. There are a couple of places to visit for a dinner and not much to do in the village itself - however as a drive-by or to have two or three cruises to the nearby attractions it is very good.

    Small village, very silence.

    Small village, very silence. You need the car to stay in the village. There is only one restaurant but in an area of 10 km you can find supermarket and bigger city with many place where to eat. Mountain, lakes and rivers are close.

    Sauris di Sopra is absolutley beautiful! It’s peaceful and serene with gorgeous views of the mountains and plenty of hiking. There’s now a zip line but we didn’t have the courage to try, maybe next time! A very charming village with everything needed for a lovely experience and lots of hidden treasures. Everyone we met in the village was very warm and friendly. A beautiful place to visit!

    A little small village in the Carnic Alps.

    A little small village in the Carnic Alps. A couple of small restaurants and cafes with locals sitting in the narrow streets. 10 minutes walk will get you through most of the little historical parts. Few grocery shops are available as well. One should not expect more from such a tiny place. It is a great starting point for exploration of the Carnic Alps in the summer and for winter sports in the Winter, although in the latter case, you still need to travel couple of miles to get to the sky slopes.
