A big round of applause to the management for investing not only in the facility but the service - proper communication with a guest prior to arrival, during the stay, and after. I travel a lot for pleasure and work and The Majestic has been, without a doubt, one of the best hotels I have ever been to. From the initial welcome with Prosseco and a salad buffet to the goodbye with a nice little gift, our stay was absolutely fantastic. The facilities and rooms are great in one of the most beautiful areas we have visited. Special thanks to Germán, Leonardo, Zeeshan and the tall gentleman at reception, who looked after us extremely well. This was our first trip to the Dolomites and my SHH was our first hotel. We could not had a better introduction. My SHH is the perfect place to stay and discover Val di Fassa. We stayed for only 1 night, and it was a great stay. The check-in was independent, making it easy for us as we arrived late at night. The room and bathroom were big and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. There was a small refrigerator, a 2 burner cooktop, a small sink and a microwave. Water, tea and coffee were provided in the room. There was parking outside and in a garage. The area was quiet, making it perfect to rest. The breakfast was amazing and it was varied with sweets and salty options. Location is great to explore the Catinaccio by foot. Thank you Franco and Verena for your kind attention! We definitely recommend it and will come back.

    Our rooms were very comfortable, nice furniture, comfortable beds, large bathroom with hydromassage, two flat tv sets with plenty live tv channels. The hotel is in a good location near to the ski resort cableway, with a continuous minibus service from the hotel te the cableway station The food is abundant and delicious. The staff is very polite, friendly and ready to assist for everything. We had a relaxing time in the afternoon in the spa&wellness center very well equipped with a variety of options to relax.

    We returned for a second stay and were so glad we did. The room and dining table were beautifully decorated for our wedding anniversary – a lovely touch. The spa area, saunas, and pool were excellent. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious.

    A very nice family hotel. The rooms are big enough for a family with two kids. The swimming pool , the sauna and the playing room for the kids are fantastic. There is also a big parking where you can easily park. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help you. I recommend it.

    It's not the cheapest town in the area, and not every place...

    It's not the cheapest town in the area, and not every place has the same high standards. Lots of Olympic construction going on, both in town and all around, so watch out for delays and possible noise. But you'll get over that once you smell the air and see the views. This is the Alsager then some

    This is further to my previous review on Garni Rives. I gave the hotel a review that reflects my honest opinion, mainly about the manager/host of the hotel. Obviously my review was not received with warmth from the hotel manager. He messaged me immediately via Whatsapp and blamed me being not polite to him, I have no idea where does this come from. I believe he has broken the golden rule of being in me the hospitality industry, if he cannot accept honest reviews, how can he improve to thrive on? The hotel itself is OK and the only problem I have is the steep climb (not the hotel's fault) and mainly the manager's manner.

    For those who may not know, Val Gardena is comprised of...

    For those who may not know, Val Gardena is comprised of three distinct areas; Selva, Ortisei and Santa Cristina. My advice on where to stay is to try and figure out which mountain ranges you plan on hitting. That said, all three locations are very close together, and you can access them all within ten minute on the same bus. Personally, I would stick to Selva or Ortisei simply because of their access to vastly different mountain areas. Santa Cristina is snuggled between the two and didn't have as much to offer, IMO.

    Dobbiaco is a really beautiful town.

    Dobbiaco is a really beautiful town. There is a train station for trips to other nearby towns or into Austria. The bus service is excellent. You can go for hikes up the Dolomites and reach the famous three peaks. So much to do. The drinking water is amazing.

    Canazei is located at the southern part of the Sella Ronda domain and you need to take a couple of lifts up to the slopes. There are also buses to get to different parts of the domains, and though they run regularly their frequency changes. Apres-ski life is more on the quiet side in Canazei and while there are a lot of restaurants in the village, we didn't find anything the marked us. There's a great (but pricey) swimming pool and wellness center and shops are OK for such a village.

    Kronplatz is everyone's favorite skiing destination. Many slopes of varying difficulty. Something for everyone. All are very well groomed every single night. Lifts are refreshed / replaced by newer at extreme rates. Parking at the bottom station of the gondola is the best that you will ever experience and the price is quite affordable.

    Mountains, landscape, stores, everything is amazing. Few but excellent restaurants, fully recommended Antiqua Pizzeria, hidden place with incredible plates, service and prices. Auronzo is a exquisite place where you can find peace and fresh air for a complete soul's renovation.
