The gentlemen's at the front desk names was Teclai Ghebreiesus and Lorenzo was very knowledgeable about the area. He told us where to go and the best places to go and sight seeing and also they hava there own shuttle bus service to take us to the station and going back. Also one time we missing the bus at the stop but he saw us and stopped on the other side and picked us up. Reason for going there was because it was are honeymoon and it was an extremely perfect for are honeymoon. Very courteous and helpful staff plus housekeeping twice daily. My room had a great city view. I liked the location near Sempiole park. The 12/14 tram goes to Duomo in 15 minutes and the no. 2 goes all the way to Porta Genova in maybe 25 minutes. Unfortunately we couldn’t stay longer. This city is worth a few days.
