Very courteous and helpful staff plus housekeeping twice daily. My room had a great city view. I liked the location near Sempiole park. The 12/14 tram goes to Duomo in 15 minutes and the no. 2 goes all the way to Porta Genova in maybe 25 minutes. Unfortunately we couldn’t stay longer. Milan is a vibrant, clean, and safe city. It offers fascinating places to visit such as the Museum of Science and Art, magnificent churches like the Cathedral, world-class fashion stores including Gucci and Givenchy, and Michelin-tipe restaurants like Savini at the Duomo.
