We felt being welcome there the entire time. The entire service at the hotel is excellent and the staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful! My bike could be fixed inner few minutes thanks Luigi( I hope the name of the very friendly man is correct). Many thanks to the security man who helped us with the emergency service for my mother at night. The cleaning staff is very accurate and incredibly friendly. All in all it was an unforgettable staying at this hotel. It was our first time there but for sure not the last one! PS There are plenty of restaurants to drop into and enjoy a nice dinner. Housekeeping is doing an excellent job each day you are staying. • Third: at the restaurant, the girls are fantastic whatever you want, they’ll make sure you have it. And here’s a big plus: they use real eggs for breakfast, not the tetrapack carton ones like many big hotels do. Of course, there’s always room for improvement, but the staff here are the heart of the hotel, and that’s what makes your stay special. Be grateful for that! Should you book here? Absolutely! Cleaning ladies were very nice, they did their job excellent. Everything was clean and neat. They offer free shuttle to the beach, were you get the sunbeads and umbrella for free. The pool was big, the water was clean. Smaller pool had warm water, children loved it. The breakfast was great - many food choices even for the people with allergies or food sensitivities. Big plus is a garage in the summer days - so the car is nicely cold when you have to drive it. Fitness is a bit small but you have outdoor one as well in the nearest park. They have animation for the children, a small playground is also near. We arrived before opening dinner time hours and we were greeted with free appetisers and a glass of wine/ water at preference with a voucher we got. The view from the rooms to the sea gives you a moment of calmness that is especially felt in the morning. The place was clean and tidy. The restaurant was very good, we served fresh fish of the day and in the morning the breakfast had a wide selection of everything you wish for; Mihaela was particularly helpful and very nice, she even prepared candles on a cake because that day was my birthday. Nice touch;) The parking is in front of hotel. I would for sure return and we warmly recommend this place. If you want to hit multiple locations in Northern Italy and be near a populous that speaks English I think it will be hard to beat Pordenone.
