We had a room with balcony and sea view. It had dual aspect windows, with views up the coast and out to sea. Very beautiful. You could hear the sea lapping at night if you kept the window open. The balcony was a good size and lovely for sitting on,. The location can not be more perfect. I liked the inside and outside eating areas. The hotel serves excellent food and offers a 10% discount for dinner. There is a wonderful outside eating area on a terrace overlooking the sea. We were also offered complementary prosecco both times we ate. Breakfast is pretty good, with boiled eggs, ham and cheese, and on one day we had a lovely fruit salad. Cakes and pastries were very good. There was brown and white bread. The hotel is colourful and quirky, and is even nicer than it appears in the photos. I liked that there were lots of books and guides around the hotel to be used by guests. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There was a coffee machine in the room, but as there was no facility for boiling water, the staff obligingly provided me with hot water for tea. The free WIFI was excellent.

It’s very nice family hotel. Food : nice breakfast and very nice lunch and dinners, price more low like another restaurant, no need to think about dinner , just booked table to you. Room is very clean and light with a good sea view. We are was been with daughter but we are booker only room for the two adults. For us changed room with additional bed and without additional price . It was beed perfectly for us. Hotel has swimming pool very clean , nice to swim when the weather too hot . Conclusion it’s very nice hotel with friendly staff, like your friends

Right on the harbour, stand alone building, with restaurant on the harbour front and rooms on the upper floors (not many rooms). Our room had a sea view with balcony (as do all sea view rooms I think); the view is exceptional, taking in the harbour and full crescent of the bay and mountains. The staff were super friendly and hospitable. The food was local and fresh. The room was tidy and very comfortable and clean. I would happily laze a summer away here!!!

The staff were just 10/10: so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, and we had a balcony with a beautiful sea view. The room was very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi as well. We’d love to return as soon as possible. Thank you for everything! Amazing location right by the beach and the marina, so easy to rent a boat or spend a day at the beach. Walking distance to great gelato etc. beautiful view from top level restaurant and the jacuzzi area offers panoramic views of cala Gonone.     Very friendly and thoughtful staff. A lovely family hotel, like coming to a home instead of a corporate sausage machine. It's in a tremendous location in a vibrant and delightful town that feels like a real place with much more going on than tourism. We were there out of season and the cafés and bars were still busy with locals relaxing and socialising.

    We had a great stay in a nice and clean room with view on the lake. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. We loved it! Great location to visit the main attractions like Tiscali, Gola Su Gorropu and Su Golugone as well as the nearby coast. We also loved the visit to the nearby farm. It was great to see how the sheeps were milked.

    Vey nice little town.

    Vey nice little town. It was near the hiking trails to Gala Luna. quite a lot of people, but not so busy in September. Hotel staff said that it is much more in summer months. There were nice clean beaches in town and near by.

    Absolutely loved Orosei- such a beautiful town with plenty of bars and restaurants. Lots of locals around so didn’t feel overly touristy. Within half an hour of loads of stunning beaches but Orosei beach itself is pretty good anyway. Great base for exploring the local area. We would highly recommend Pizzeria Orion for amazing pizzas!

    If you like the outdoors then Dorgali makes an excellent base. Some great challenges, such as Tiscali and the Golo Gorupo of course, A range of beaches, sea excursions, hikes and adventures. There are so many natural wonders in the area and some neolithic sites of interest too. And the SS125...

    Perfect place to have beach holidays for a family with kids- they spent most of the time in and out of the sea; it was never ending fun for them. If you are a fan of SUPing/ kayaking/ windsurfing- it's great place for these types of water activities. Grab your own from home (as I did) or rent the one on the beach (15€ per hour or 60€ per day for a SUP).

    We went to Cala gonone to visit the famous beaches via boat from the port but the weather let us down unfortunately, not much else to do although it’s a beautiful place and we were only there for 2 days

    The town is unique and very interesting. It is the right size for our interests - not too big, but big enough for a variety of restaurants and shops. Easy access to the beach and tourist attractions if you have a car.

    It is a lovely area with a multitude of beaches, friendly people, and plenty of restaurants. It is a long way from the airports, but the roads are good and so the 80 minute drive from Olbia isn't onerous. A parasol or some other sun shelter is a must (although it is possible to hire parasols on some beaches) - the sun is very intense and shade can be difficult to come across on many beaches, especially those accessible only by boat.

    This accommodation was just in the right place and time.

    This accommodation was just in the right place and time. We enjoyed the surroundings and the nice restaurant we found in the town. The B&B we had was excellent and the trip from Dorgali was so beautiful that we had almost to stop at all the scenery stops. A must take route from Dorgali south the Oriental road.
