From our arrival, we were made to feel welcome. The location was beautiful and a great place to relax. Breakfast was perfect; staff were very friendly and attentive. Dinners were excellent. We had no car so stayed onsite and found it to be excellent and very well priced.

The whole place is incredible, rooms beautifully arranged with all the things you need. Hosts are trying to make your stay even more unforgettable with their smiling, helpful and warm attitute. We spend wonderful 3 days there, surely recommend this place in the middle of little town in mountains.

I liked everything. The room, breakfast was delicious, place was clean and tidy. A big shout out to Mateo and Matias from reception, they are such lovely guys, friendly, welcoming and also quick responsive to our requests, keep it up with the good work guys. Thank you for your help. The hotel is a bit away from Florence city centre but there is a car parking near the hotel where you can catch the tram to go to the city centre if you are driving and the hotel is also on the way to Bologna or Siena.

Friendly staff above all. Restaurant was nice. Bar area really good with snacks to buy Wine was good and much better value than UK Rooms were very clean with good shower. We could not have asked for anything more really. We did not have car and staff helped with transportation - local knowledge.

Although a little dated the rooms were big and clean, comfortable beds and lots of amenities. The manager who check us in, was extremely helpful and offered to drive us to the launderette in the town as we needed some clothes to wash; he also gave us a hanging drier we could use. Also, the places he recommended in town for dinner were great.

The breakfast offered many choices and plenty of food. I loved getting a whole pot of coffee. The host in the evening and the morning were super friendly and offered to let me use his car to drive up for dinner. That was super generous of him. Bob

Excellent location in town, secure parking at the rear. Friendly staff. We ate at the adjoining restaurant. Food was amazing. Small market on a Saturday morning next to the hotel.
