Great hotel. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and tidy. They have a varied selection and the option of a gluten-free breakfast. The gentleman refused to charge us for breakfast. He is really very friendly and spoke English. The prices are normal and not usurious. Highly recommend if you're in the area. We stayed for two nights at the end of October 2024. The villa and its gardens are stunning, the rooms spacious and newly restructured with lots of hot water and fast wifi, the breakfast abundant and the staff charming and helpful. Stevenà, a “frazione“ (sub-municipality) of Caneva has several interesting other villas to see and is situated at the foot of the Prealps. You only have to walk for 30‘ on one of the many well-marked footpaths to enjoy views over the plain stretching down to Venice.

Clean apartment. Comfortable beds, shower facilities up to toothbrushes. Quiet beautiful place. We arrived at around 12 am, after giving a prior notice, and were accommodated without any problems. Thank you very much! There is also a bar on site where you can have a coffee, a sandwich or a croissant. A great place to stay overnight.

First time staying in an air bnb and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. I had a very warming welcome on arrival and was also given an option of which room I wanted to select. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The location was also great. If I had to come back again I would definitely stay here again. Lovely owners too!

    The stay at this villa is just exceptional, there is an aura of peacefulness, the setting, and the place takes you to a journey of a peice of Italian history. Set out on beatiful Italian gardens with fountains and well kept dining tables and chill out areas, villa Luppis is the real place to unwind relax and find a charming place. The staff are super helpful and very professional, bfast is served with a charm in one of the rooms with a baroque feeling,restaurant is on another and a big dining hall on another part of the villa. Truly recommended experience thank you

    If you want to hit multiple locations in Northern Italy and be near a populous that speaks English I think it will be hard to beat Pordenone. The city itself may not be a destination city but it's location to the Alps, Venice, Verona, Aviano AFB and other areas may prove beneficial.

    Aviano is conveniently located near the ski resort of Piancavallo. The town itself is small, but has a large number of restaurants. It is quite pleasant to sit at a cafe' in the main square with a view of the bell tower. In summer there are good hiking trails in the vicinity. I love the mountain views!

    Maniago is a lovely little town located at the heals of the nearby mountains. There isn't too much to see, but you get the feeling of a small Italian town. You can go for hiking, or biking on the nearby pathways. Some excellent ice-cream can also be had. There are nice restaurants and cafes. Maniago is depending heavily on its industry, but all of it is located outside the town, you do not see any of it in the town itself.

    A pleasant little town to visit.

    A pleasant little town to visit. The venetian town centre, with the bell-tower, river and ducks is very nice. There are several places to eat at, and on Thursdays there is an open-air market in the centre, with local and regional produce on offer. There's also a good cheese shop in town.

    Was raised in Pordenone 60 years ago, and went back to relive my first 8 years of my life in this beautiful city. Full of cultural heritage, Historical Ruins and Buildings. Small streets with old pebble stones and narrow streets, close your eyes and think of walking down a pebble stone street over a 100 years ago. Just the sound of hoarses pulling a carriage through the small pebble stone streets.

    The town is a wonderful, typical Italian town. Off-season there's no crowds. Historical archtecture and climate. For me perfect location close to the mountains in the North and the fantastic jewels of European Culture in the South (Venice) - all within 1-2 hrs drive reach. There's a good number of restaurants, hotels, pizzerias, cafes in the town. Cozy. Friendly. Not too crowded (end of Sept).

    A perfect place to stay away from the city. We had a change of plans and timing, so the host left instruction on how to get into our room, which was very helpful. Loved the views from the balcony. I can imagine how beautiful it is here during warmer months.

    Was raised in Pardenone over 60 years ago. Memories came back, it’s a beautiful place with charm, heritage, history and people had no problems helping me when l was a bit lost. I do recommend that if you want your nails or hair done, ask how much it costs, sadly, they will charge you double, so, ask before you have anything done. I truly recommend this beautiful place, so much charm and beauty. Lived there for 6 years, and wouldn’t mind living there again. Pordenone will be in my heart forever.

    Sacile has a lovely historic center.

    Sacile has a lovely historic center. We stayed here because we were unable to find a room In Pordenone for the Fair. It’s an easy 20 minute drive for Pordenone. The town center was a surprise, very pretty. Our B & B was on the outskirts , nice and quiet and easy to get to the freeway for Pordenone. I would stay there again.
