United KingdomWe had absolutely wonderful experience with Villa Martin Hotel! Beautifully renovated ancient villa was a very pleasant surprise. It not just a regular hotel, but a piece of history with the comfort of tastefully restored and preserved features of the 15th century castle.
The most comfortable bed, super clean with beautiful views, the atmosphere, complementary drinks, coffee and tea in the room.
Our beautiful host Franchesca made it the most memorable and best experience ever! We will be back to stay for more than one night!
This place would be ideal for the honeymoon or the wedding.

Nice modern hotel with special maisonette rooms. Welcome of the lady owner was kind. She gave directly a lot of information of attractions and restaurants in the neighborhood. Everything went in the best possible way, from the accessibility of the location to the accommodation and the connection by public transport to Venice (by bus cca 20min.). The accommodation was exceptional, beautifully decorated and clean rooms with carefully restored pieces of art as well as beautiful paintings. The bed was extremely comfortable. Room with a view to the canal and the street leading to Venice and Padova. Free parking was in the back yard which meant a lot to us. Fantastic breakfast prepared by the owner with excellent morning coffee and relaxed communication. The owners just made the strongest impression to my wife and me with their kindness, treatment and desire to help in the best possible way to explore the most of our short stay in Venice. There were no blankets on beds and the thick cover of beds were not clean, we could not turn on TV , no macrowave at room , no boiling water from counter of hotel, very far from Venice, you take bus but very far, no shampoo at bathroom and no sandals for bathroom, Good points: sheets were clean and they change each day, room was economic and beds were suitable, outside of hotel on the right you can find two nice bar and you can eat breakfast outside there with suitable price and the area around was beautifulGuest review byguitaItaly - 10.0

Landlord was very helpful and nice. We could adress all needs and questions. Good information about transport/ways to Venice and nearest beaches(aprox. 45min by car, Sotomarina etc.). We received 4 bottles of water each day, this deserves an extra plus. As well as we could spontanously check-in 4 hours earlier than announced. Very comfortable beds and nice view from our room.
