- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.8Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 141 reviewsAfter six truly unforgettable days at the Adler Lodge Ritten, and I'm already dreaming of my return. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a sense of tranquility and luxury that permeated every aspect of my stay. My room was an absolute haven, spacious and comfortable with breathtaking views overlooking the majestic Dolomites. The large bathroom, complete with a private sauna, was a welcome retreat after a day exploring the stunning surroundings. And the complimentary mini-bar was a delightful touch! Boredom was simply not an option at Adler Lodge. The daily activity program offered a fantastic array of complimentary options, from invigorating hikes and yoga sessions to thrilling mountain e-biking excursions. I even had the unique opportunity to trek with llamas and alpacas (for a small extra fee), an experience I'll cherish forever. The heated pool, with its panoramic views of the Dolomites, provided the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. I also indulged in the spa treatments, and the massages were so exceptional that I booked two more during my stay. The culinary experience at Adler Lodge deserves special mention. From the bountiful breakfasts and satisfying lunches to the delightful aperitivo and exquisite fine dining dinners, every meal was a celebration of regional and seasonal cuisine. The pasta dishes were some of the best I've ever tasted, and the free-flowing Italian wine perfectly complemented each meal. But the true cherry on top was the exceptional staff. Every single member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed, pampered, and completely taken care of. Their warmth and attentiveness truly elevated my experience from wonderful to extraordinary. If you're seeking an escape to a place of unparalleled beauty and tranquility, I wholeheartedly recommend the Adler Lodge Ritten. It's an experience that will stay with you long after you've departed.Guest review byJeanFrance
- From US$266.27 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.0Superb - What previous guests thought, 2,788 reviewsThe breakfast was the best I’ve had in Italy, with a wide variety of high-quality food. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this one truly stands out for its breakfast—definitely worth booking a room with breakfast included. The location is excellent, and they offer free parking for guests. We had an EV, and charging was easy and reasonably priced compared to other hotels in Italy. The staff were wonderful, always greeting us with a smile. I will definitely come back!Guest review byNaderLebanon
- From US$1,004.24 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Superb - What previous guests thought, 87 reviewsWe have been in Alpenschlössl in December 2022. Very clean, good spa area with attentive personnel. This part of hotel is great for people who wants to have more calm atmosphere than in the main building. By the way very good quality of manicure, a that is rare to find. Takes time but worth it 100%. Cool bar with view, a cocktails and intertainment. I have forgotten my belongings in the room and they were sent directly home. Service was great!Guest review byNataliaGermany

The access to hiking/biking trails could keep you busy for weeks. The history of the area is very interesting in particular the war time history. The area is surrounded by the most incredible mountains/views. The beaches were very popular with lots of people swimming late September.Guest review byMargaretAustralia - 10.0

Would like to go back prepared to do the walks and hikes in the area. The old city and market were charming. Loved the Archeology museum and learning about Otzi the Iceman. Cable car and train a great introduction to the possibilities available for future visits.Guest review byKellyCanada - 8.0

There is a lot to do in Merano, rain or shine.
There is a lot to do in Merano, rain or shine. Of course, there are the local & famous walkways, the mountain hikes, bike trails, and the Dolomites are nearby. On rainy days, there are castles, the Terme spa/pools. Overall, it's a very nice town with a lot to do.Guest review byLisaUnited States - 8.0
This is further to my previous review on Garni Rives.
This is further to my previous review on Garni Rives. I gave the hotel a review that reflects my honest opinion, mainly about the manager/host of the hotel. Obviously my review was not received with warmth from the hotel manager. He messaged me immediately via Whatsapp and blamed me being not polite to him, I have no idea where does this come from. I believe he has broken the golden rule of being in me the hospitality industry, if he cannot accept honest reviews, how can he improve to thrive on? The hotel itself is OK and the only problem I have is the steep climb (not the hotel's fault) and mainly the manager's manner.Guest review byAnthonyAustralia - 10.0
Great and beautiful country not only lake.
Great and beautiful country not only lake. Riva, Torbole, Limone and Malcesice are quiet and friendly cities. Siermione and Peschiera standard to visit. Enjoy there a nice views from Monte Baldo! Be aware that parking and travelling time can be horrible i summer season. Plan you trips to soon morning otherwise you spend hours in queues waiting for park space. For travelling from notrh to south use A22 highway. Travelling from Torbole to Peschiera around lake takes 2 hours (cyclists, willages, queues)Guest review byMartinCzech Republic - 10.0

For those who may not know, Val Gardena is comprised of...
For those who may not know, Val Gardena is comprised of three distinct areas; Selva, Ortisei and Santa Cristina. My advice on where to stay is to try and figure out which mountain ranges you plan on hitting. That said, all three locations are very close together, and you can access them all within ten minute on the same bus. Personally, I would stick to Selva or Ortisei simply because of their access to vastly different mountain areas. Santa Cristina is snuggled between the two and didn't have as much to offer, IMO.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

Nice and clean apartment. Even we only had contact with the host via the chat, the host was very helpful though. The location of apartment was perfect. It's located in the city center. We love the view outside the living room. Parking was 15 euro per night, it's very nearby apartment. We had a lovely stay at Casa Fellin.Guest review bySumalaiNetherlands
