The view from the room was very cool, and the room itself was unexpectedly nice. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall setting was very cozy. The staff was very polite and apologized for the ticket thing, but that's ok! everyone makes mistakes. i don't know to write this here or not, but i got to the concert with the use of those tickets and it was the best moment of my life, so i associate your hotel with very positive emotions.     We had the tatami room. It was a great ryokan experience. The apartment was very spacious with separate bed room and living room. Bathroom and toilet were also comfortable and spacious. Decoration of the room was also great. Service we received at the reception was above world-class. Avalability of all kinds of baby equipments, i.e. bathtub, chair, clothes, shampoos, etc., at the reception was a great surprise. Breakfast was also plenty and of good quality. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a great ryokan experience at affordable price.

    Everything was great. The staff is super professional and kind. They thought about every small detail. We booked a room with a private bath, this was the best (we also booked private onsen, but actually this was overkill for us). We loved the food, it was buffet. The location is also great as it was a 2min walk of the Togendai (station where the ropeway and sightseeing ship begins).

    I loved the hotel; it was a luxury. Located in the mountains of Hakone, overlooking the lake, it has a spa, an onsen, two restaurants, and a shuttle bus that runs every half hour to the city center. It's beautiful. 100% recommended for a longer stay.

    Hakone is a wonderful place to visit.

    Hakone is a wonderful place to visit. Transportation is readily available however, the bus system is very confusing. We used the two day free pass, but to see everything, the three day free pass for first time visitors is necessary. We will go back to view what we missed.

    We were attending a event in Kawasaki so that is why we stayed there. We didn't really do much sight-seeing in Kawasaki. We liked that the city was only a short train ride to many other cities like downtown Toyko and Yokohama. We enjoyed the many shopping and restaurants around Kawasaki Station.

    Kamakura has lots to offer if you like hiking and water sports. I did a hike to the great Buddha and also went for a run through the city and on the mountain. The wind was perfect for wind surfing and having a nice time on the beach.

    It might not be for everyone, have to take one stop to Ofuna to transfer to other JR lines but very convenient visiting Kamakura and Enoshima. Plenty of stores around Fujusawa station for shopping. Airport bus to Narita and Haneda airports, although schedules not as frequent as pre-COVID check in advance.

    Atsugi is a lovely smaller town & I was fortunate to be there during their festival weekend, fireworks included. The people are incredible friendly & helpful. If you hire a car & able to drive up into the mountains well worth it. It’s not as busy & not as many European travelers being off the beaten track.definitely a slower lifestyle great food experience.

    Our stay was excellent for me, location is near to public transportation (train) good restaurants are walkable and convinient stores too. The entire hotel is clean and offers good, delicious breakfast. Room was clean. Comfort room is kinda small but clean. Everything is excellent for me except the bed and pillows are not so soft.. because I was expecting a very soft pillows and bed but aside from that I enjoyed staying there. Staffs are so accommodating and very helpful too. I definitely recommend this hotel and surely I will come back here in my future vacation in Japan.

    Yokosuka is an awesome place to visit. There’s something for everyone whether you’re a nature lover or a city lover you’ll find something to do. During my visit. I went to kanonzaki park by bus and it was the highlight of my trip. It’s my second time visiting Yokosuka and can’t wait to go there again.
