The property is clean! the room is big enough for 2 pax. All your basic needs is there. The location is near Mt. Fuji / Fujisan station which also accessible for bus stop going to/from Tokyo/Shinjuku. They have rooftop which you can view the beautiful Mt. Fuji. The staff are nice. Exceptional example of a ryokan hotel. The staff went above and beyond for you and we had a truly memorable stay - one of the highlights of our honeymoon. The meal provided was a remarkable experience, that we have relayed back to all friends and family on our return. We stayed in a Japanese style room with private onsen, which was extremely spacious and this also gave us access to a private wine bar which was a lovely surprise. I feel like this hotel offers way more than what you feel you get off the website, and would recommend it to everyone.
