Loved the little bungalow you get, for a great price too! Very friendly owners. Helped accompany all I needed . A little bit out of the town but you can hire a Motor bike for a cheap price for the day . It was lovely and quiet and easy to relax there .

We had a wonderful stay at Au Paradis Bleu Hotel in Kep. The manager was very kind and even helped us book some activities. The room was clean, the pool was nice and peaceful — we really loved our time there! Highly recommended — very good value for money!

We had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse, run by a lovely family who truly made us feel at home. Their hospitality was exceptional, and they went out of their way to arrange delicious vegetarian meals for us, which I greatly appreciated. The location is peaceful, providing a perfect retreat, and the overall experience offers great value for money. This is a great place to stay in Kep. Clean spacious bungalows in a well established garden with a swimming pool. Good restaurant & bar on site or you can walk to the nearby restaurants at the crab market. Fred, Nini and staff are great hosts. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed.     Clean, spacious rooms with great AC. Pool is huge and cleaned daily. Plenty of loungers, play area for children and a small pool area for children. Breakfast was simple and nice. The food and drinks in the pool bar were brilliant. We ate here every night. It is close to Sunset Cafe, Kep National Park and the boats to tour islands and rabbit island. Kep Beach is a short walk and is lovely. We used a regular tuk tuk and this was the handiest way to get around. I would highly recommend this accommodation if staying in Kep.

    Very nice resort in the middle of nature yet close to everything. Well located and maintained. Staff is amazing and very helpful. Great breakfast budget with all the food you could need if you are local, Asian, and Westerner... highly recommended when you visit Kep! We booked the VIP bungalow (14) very private and really cool building. Check out their infinity pool.. nicest place in Kep (where is not much to see unfortunately)

    I only stayed one night but would have stayed longer. Really lovely owner who was super helpful booking my onward journey to phu quoc. The property was really quiet at night but well lit so you could find your way to your bungalow. Hot shower with good water pressure. Breakfast was great (with proper butter!) and strong coffee. The pool area was great and very spacious. Thanks for having me!

    In my opinion Samanea is one of the best hotels in the world. It has everything you need and more! The staff is exceptional and the atmosphere is magical!     Kep tourism has not picked up like in neighboring Vietnam or...

    Kep tourism has not picked up like in neighboring Vietnam or Thailand and is probably for slightly more adventurous type of travelers (incl. with kids). Indeed, the city remains very green, airy and offers a truly Cambodian experience. Think crab market with slinging hammocks, mangrove boat trips, secluded pagodas, off grid guesthouses on Rabbit Island (disconnection!), nice dinner by the sea or even a gentle hike in the National Park. Renting motorbikes to visit caves or Kampot nearby are nice add-ons for a longer stay.

    Kep was a great day trip for us.

    Kep was a great day trip for us. We walked in the National Park, took a dip at the beach, got a beer by the seafront and chilled in a hammock and then got food in the market and a restaurant. We had excellent seafood in the market (squid in pepper sauce for 75c!) and sunset margaritas Parts of the seafront were totally empty/abandoned - empty lots on the boardwalks. It was quite different to what we had read in guidebooks I think. Perhaps development going on? We also had quite an aggressive Tuk Tuk driver who had driven us to our accom the night before follow us from point to point during the day who would not stop engaging with us.. even when we said no repeatedly which made us (2 females) quite uncomfortable, especially arranging Tuk Tuk for our next journey. Having travelled to many other countries in SE Asia before, I found this a lot. Be careful.

    We spent 2 nights in Kep on the way to the Vietnam border (Ha Tien). Kep was the most chilled, relaxed place I have visited in Cambodia. Fantastic crab restaurants right on the water, but no tourist markets/pressure to buy things. Amazing sunsets over the gulf and islands each day - lovely place to come and do nothing but wonder around, eat great seafood and relax.
