Awesome place! Newly built (Dec 2024) and well maintained. There are 3 houses, each containing 2 rooms, so 6 rooms in total. Very friendly and welcoming staff, walking distance to Nilaveli beach (700 m), clean and spacious rooms with high ceiling, wonderful food.

Great cabanas! We stayed here 3 nights and everything was perfect! The owners are really kind and nice persons! The room was really clean and they always keep clean outside. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked this place. Although the pictures are very accurate, I felt that everything was better in person. Each unit is pretty private and has a nice ground level terrace, perfect for relaxing. The room was really clean and the overall environment tranquil. We also felt safe here, as there is someone always on guard and also cleaning the property. In addition, I enjoyed the beach setup with beds and cushions with covers! The welcome smoothie still goes down as one of the best that I had during my holiday. The hotel can help organize transport for various needs.

What a fantastic place in Nilaveli! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at C Beyond. Our room was beautiful and our bed was comfortable, with a gorgeous view of the sea and a breezy balcony to enjoy. Staff were very attentive and always helpful, and arranged a lovely snorkeling experience for us. The location is right on the beach, very quiet and with no one around — it felt like our own private beach! We ate dinner at the hotel twice, both times in a romantic candle-lit outdoor setting, and it was delicious, with fresh local ingredients and excellent service by staff. The location is quite far from town, which made it a lovely place to retreat and be in nature for a few days.

Despite the non stopping rain for days and days, our stay in Amanta Beach was just perfect. Everything is as shown on the photos and written in the description and actually there is much more. Slightly out of the village, just right on the private beach, with a huge garden and a cute swimming pool, you will be offered very tasty breakfasts and dinners.. The rooms and the private gardens have everything you may need. And those stylish decorations! I need to mention also the very lovely staff who make you feel very welcome and still manage to give you the privacy you want in such a place. It is not the cheapest, but absolutely worth the value.

Wonderful stay – felt like home! I had a lovely, clean room with a fan and felt comfortable right away. The owner is incredibly kind, always available, super helpful and truly dedicated – you can tell he really cares about his guests. I felt well looked after and almost like at home. There’s also a small kitchen with everything you need, which was very convenient. I asked about renting a scooter and he organized one for me at a great price and even had it delivered straight to the hotel – that saved me time and transport costs. The location is great too, and I liked it so much that I ended up extending my stay by another night. Highly recommended – I would definitely come back!

    Me and my sister send our parents to Trincomalee. ( parents don’t speak English). Elegant green beach resort was our first option. The staff were helpful with informations.They sent us details about hotel, restaurant,beach before their staying in the resort. The resort had great vibe. Accommodation was clean and the service of customers was on high level. Food in restaurant was delicious. Owner and managers took great care of our parents. Message from my father : Dobre THANK YOU SO MUCH and we can recommend this resort.

    Krishna was the best host ever! Made sure everything was excellent, he is a great cook and even packed us a lunch when we left! Booked for 3 days and stayed a week. Laundry and wifi were necessary and he had those also.

    This location was absolutely beautiful.

    This location was absolutely beautiful. There's lots to see and do and 3 nights wasn't enough to fully enjoy the setting. Yes you can spend time at the beach and go snorkeling, but you can also visit the Thiruskoneswaram temple and eat delicious food on Sarvodaya Road. We highly recommend Rice 'n' Curry Restaurant. As well as The White House for Accommodation and Rangan Snorkeling

    I liked the small hotel we stayed in on the beach front (Mithra Paradise) and the semi-private beach. A real gem if you're looking for a quiet romantic place. Much better than the big faceless commercial hotels. I would recomemmend the small guest houses in the whole of SL for this reason as the service is exceptional and they are usually family-run so they put a lot of love and effort into pleasing their guests. No mosquitoes in July. Avoid the dolphin watching 'chasing' tours. Loads of boats making a big noise and running over the dolphins. Poor animals. You only glimpse them for a few seconds and the boat ride is hell on your back. Try the snorkelling instead.

    Trincomalee is a beautiful beach town, the beaches are amazing, lots of cultural things to do if you want, as well as lots of relaxation. Some great restaurants on the beach and in the town. The only draw back is it takes quite along time to get to (depending on where you are coming from) but that is the same across most of Sri Lanka

    it was great there.No worries about the sea,just the wind was blowing a bit strong.Com[any always around you,you are safe there.You can book snorkelling,boat rides,sea tour any time,many options available.saw about 200 DOLPHINS!fisherman always fuzzing around in the morning.Annoying fishing boats.

    We absolutely love this area, by far one of the best places...

    We absolutely love this area, by far one of the best places in Sri Lanka. After travelling around the island, we decided just to completely chill and not check out the other beaches. We will definitely go back again and check out a few of the other beaches along that coastline. Food is fantastic and the people are very friendly! When we read up about the island, they said that this was the less developed area, but as far as I could see it was the same as most other places. Definitely has everything you need and one of the best places to completely unwind.

    A much more peaceful beach holiday that at neighbouring Uppaveli, so if you want to get away from the crowds, it’s a perfect spot. The surrounding countryside looks beautiful too - I wish we’d have had more time to explore. We ate at Sara’s fish restaurant, where the seafood kottu & prawn curry were delicious.
