Staying at Big Blue guest house was an amazing experience! Initially, we planned to stay for just three nights, but we loved it so much that we ended up extending our stay to a full week. Communication with Omar was excellent; he was always very attentive and kind, ensuring that we were comfortable and offering assistance whenever needed. He and the entire team are amazing . Without a doubt, we will stay there again on our next visit to Imsouane. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place!

The staff were excellent in the hotel especially M’Barek in the Patio bar who could not have been anymore helpful throughout the trip. The rooms were nice and spacious. The breakfast was good with good options. The helpfulness of the staff was the main thing that made this a great hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

( this was the perfect place to recover after a long hospital stay in Agadir.... ) A very relaxed athmosphere, a lush garden, an amazing swimming pool, a fantastic breakfast, a stylish huge and very clean room...     The most striking point was the quality and wide choice of the food offered both at lunch time and in the evening, truly exceptional for a all inclusive hotel. Other good point the facilities for kep fit activities: swimming pools, gym, saunas,tennis etc...Even though the hotel is very large, we did not feel the pressure of large crowds as the hotel ground is very large, the restairants are immense and the staff plenty.

    Ms Ikbal and Mr Ahmad were very warmhearted to us, they organised for us takaway breakfast packages on our last day a 4 AM. The animators gave fine programs for all ages. The beach was beautiful, soft sand and light waves. In the pool area our teenagers had much fun.

    Agadir is such a beautiful city with a perfect mix of relaxation and culture. The beaches are stunning, the atmosphere is calm, and there are plenty of great restaurants and spots to explore. The people are warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. A lovely destination to visit, whether for a short break or a longer stay.

    Booking.com 's representation of where this apartment is is...

    Booking.com 's representation of where this apartment is is totally inaccurate.They show it as being in the middle of Taghazout. It is not, it is miles from anywhere. £8 in a taxi to get into Taghazout, no real restaurants or shops near by. Contacted the apartment agents but the lady was so rude and unhelpful. We ended up having to move to Agadir and having to spend extra money on a hotel. Totally disappointed in booking .com. Looking for some kind of compensation as we are £300 out of pocket because we had to book a hotel as we could not spend 9 days in the middle of nowhere.Totally misled by booking.com's picture of the location of the apartment.

    Lots of building works.

    Lots of building works. In 5 - 10 years this place will be like the Bali of Morrocco. Some really nice chilled cafes and restaurants, some attached to hotels. Great views from the cliff tops so you can watch the surfing. Good vegetarian food, smoothies and drinks. Loved Imi Surf house for meals.

    There are some great surf spots within a short drive and good value restaurants. Beyond this, there is not much to do. The neighboured seems safe though is a little dirty. There are some very friendly locals though it feels like most just want to make money out of you rather than have a genuine interaction. There are also unofficial 'parking attendants' everywhere who force you to pay to park in free parking areas.

The instructors were friendly and professional, making it easy to learn and improve. The location offers beautiful waves suitable for all levels, and the relaxed atmosphere made the stay very enjoyable. Breakfast each morning was delicious and energizing, perfect for starting the day’s surf. Highly recommend for a fun and memorable surf adventure!

    Riad was authentic Moroccan style. Loved being there. Ocean was close by - about 7 minutes walk - and we loved being on the beach and hearing the sound of the waves. Guided hiking was great and we enjoyed bartering in the souk in Agadir. We visited a women's collective on our way to the anti Atlas with great organic oils and an educational tour of the gardens. That was fabulous - no pushy selling. We ate mainly in the hotel but there were many good places to eat inexpensively near by. Getting around was easy - taxi for us. We liked walking in the village for an authentic sense of Moroccan life for ordinary people.

    Imi ouaddar isn’t a true representation of what I think Morocco is like. It’s soulless, lacks charm and I would recommend visiting somewhere else if asked. It’s a massively rushed developed area without any thought or interest in what I would say in its truest self, the real Morocco.

    Great beach which accommodated everyone in our group.

    Great beach which accommodated everyone in our group. People are lovely and so invested in the visitors enjoying their stay. We travelled out to the surfing beaches which were amazing and easily accessible by taxi.

    Lovely resort with great surf.

    Lovely resort with great surf. Old fishing town which meant there was some noise in the morning. Nice restaurants and stalls and 3 different beaches walkable from centre. Not sure if we were unlucky but there was noise/music in early hours a couple of nights.

    Very good spot for surfing, but keep in mind, that this is a village, and facilities there are limited. You have several restaurants, some shops (food, everyday necessities, souvenirs and surf stuff), surf rentals, a pharmacy, one doctor, one Western Union office and that's it. Pharmacy and one of the restaurants take cards for payment, the rest is cash only - make sure you bring enough with you. The surf lineup can be somewhat crowded during the high season.
