Beautiful riad in the medina of Fes, everything good and the boys working there are all very friendly and helpful. I called them to ask if they could help me get to the riad from the blue gate, since traveling alone and reaching places in the Medina can be challenging combined with big bags, and he came to pick me up there which was really helpful. The breakfast is good.

Riad LE PANORAMIQUE is what you dream of when you imagine a Riad in Morocco. A simple carved wooden door on a small, Traditionally decorated rooms are heavily tiled with beautiful ceilings and look out on the central courtyard. Breakfast was freshly prepared and generous. Staying at Riad Jnane Fes Medina & Luxury Palace was one of the highlights of my trip to fez.
The riad itself is stunning , a perfect blend of traditional Moroccan charm and modern comfort. But what made the stay truly special was the staff. Kenza welcomed us with the warmest smile and made me feel at home immediatly. Mostapha was equally wonderful --always attentive , and ready to help with anything i needed ,from directions to recommandations. Thanks to them, my time in fez felt effortless and memorable. Highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting the city.

The riad is absolutely beautiful and full of charm, in a fantastic location on a very safe street, and the locals are incredibly friendly.
The terrace offers breathtaking views, accompanied by the cheerful, twinkling songs of birds.
The hosts, Adil and Roberta, along with the ladies of the staff, are all wonderfully kind, helpful, and welcoming, making every moment of my stay feel truly special.

Very kind staff from driver to cleaning ladies and reception staff. We enjoyed indoor pools and sauna very much. At the reception, they arranged us a tour guide for old medina and it was really unforgettable. We went places you can never find on your own, really unbeliavable old town.

The most amazing city.
The most amazing city. Have been a number of times, and love the fact that I’m still finding places that I haven’t seen before. Especially loved the local markets, seeing the production of the embroidery that embellishes the beautiful clothes, and the sensory overload of the smells, sights, sounds and overall vibe. Can’t wait to be back.

Fes is a ghastly tourist trap. Two nights will be plenty if you must go but if you skip it then the sky will not fall.Meknes and Sale( near Rabat) would be less touristed esp. Sale` .I could have spent more time walking in the Atlas mountains. The chance of becoming over saturated with all Moorish markets , tiled palaces and ancient Madrassas is high in Urban Morocco. Get off the beaten path !!
Fes is also very HOT. Don't go in the April to October period.
Book a half day guided walking tour of the old city and then get out!

Fez is a fascinating city, full of life, commerce, and talented artisans. To appreciate Fez, come with an open-mind, ready to explore a world that in many ways hasn't changed in hundreds of years. A good guide can help you appreciate the history and beauty of some of the historic buildings (the medrasa, the tanneries, the oldest university), the quality of the handicrafts and the way of life of the people who make the medina their home. Visiting the Fez medina is an intense and rewarding experience.
