All the hotel is perfectly clean. The room is big and with space. The jacuzzi is working and clean. after requesting to use the inside pool they warmed it for we can use. The receptionist Hisham and Soufyan, they was amazing. after the first night we received a room upgrade. the location of the hotel close to the entrance of Medina for a easy walk inside Medina. recommend 100% sure and next time in fez will be on the same

We couldn’t have had better hosts. So welcoming! This recently restored Riad in the quieter but very interesting Jewish quarter was fully decorated in Moroccan style by local artisans. We were particularly grateful for the airconditioned room and the cool sitting/dining area. Our hosts catered to all our food preferences and gave us all the information and practical help we needed to make the most of our stay in Fes.

🌟 Exceptional Stay! I stayed at this property yesterday and everything was absolutely perfect. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, and the host greeted me with kindness and provided all the necessary information for a smooth stay. The room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. I liked everything about Eventi Club cité des Sports Adarissa, Mash'Allah. Outstanding hospitality by Salma and Hajar in Reception. Kindness and care by the room cleaners, porters, Jawad, and Gym Staff, Mohammad & Ayoub, Alhumdolillah. The Sports Facilities were immaculate. Loved the indoor pool, sauna and terrific Gym. So close to the Masjid, Alhumdolillah and the breakfast was so delicious. Immense thank you to the very kind and humble Manager Idrees, who even invited us to play a competitive game of 2v2 indoor basketball against elite youngsters of immense talent, Alhumdolillah. Thank you for the lovely memories, we hope to visit again in the future, Insha'Allah....

    There were a lot of artisans which was nice.

    There were a lot of artisans which was nice. We were often set upon by people trying to take us somewhere and wanting money, even when we said no they wouldn’t leave us alone. After a time we didn’t stop anywhere which really was a shame. The amount of garbage was also quite distressing and took away from some of the sights. We took a tour to the middle Atlas Mountains which was really lovely. The food was good everywhere we ate in the Medina.

    The issue was that I booked accommodation in the old medina...

    The issue was that I booked accommodation in the old medina which is a labyrinth. This leaves tourists being constantly harassed by locals trying to scam money from them or deliberately deceiving them about closed streets, etc. Skip Fez and go to Marrakech and Essouira. So much better without all the hassles:)

    Loved the beautiful artisanal crafts and decor everywhere. Love this place for its connection to history. What I didn’t like was how the people living in the medina would lie about roads being closed, keep trying to befriend you in a fake way do they can lead you anywhere then fight about tips. I also really disliked the obscene tourist pricing in the markets. Artisans and shop kerpers mark up items 4, 5 or more times what the price of the item should be. A lot of deception and trickery when selling.
