- From $144.98 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very Good - What previous guests thought, 849 reviewsBeautiful hotel, fantastic service. Thank you to the fantastic staff. The location is great, right at the hill of Moulay Yacoub village and far enough from Fes to warrant peace and quite yet close enough to facilitate tours. The thermal bath is beyond amazing, clean and well managed. Do not miss the culinary experience at the restaurant and the great selection of great local wines. Our stay was fantastic and we really hope to go back.Guest review byRimeCanada

Early September was the wrong time to go there (my mistake) - far too hot to be enjoyable. Getting around in the Medina was very difficult and sometimes frustrating. There one can easily fall into the trap of being accosted by self-styled guides who will take you to various shops and ask you for money at the end. Perhaps for an older traveller it would have been better to lodge outside the Medina and visit it from there with an official tour. On the positive side, some of the sites were very beautiful and the people mostly very friendly and helpful.Guest review byMacFinland - 2.0

I think that one day Raddison Blu can be a great hotel as they have good facilities. What they lack is flexibility and customer attention as their focus is on satisfying the needs of all guests without paying attention to each.Guest review byEDWARDUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Booking.
Booking. Com is very hard to write a review in the system, it deleted all my long descriptions. The accommodation was wonderful and welcoming. The 15th century palace in the middle of the 9000 Fez alleyways was stunning and beautiful. The staff was exceptional and helpful and quickly became friends. Moroccan people are polite and respectful and helpful.Guest review bycorinnaUnited States - 4.0

-It shouldn’t be 4 starts hotel. It’s very very old. TVs are not working in all rooms ( literary) so many plugins are not working. Lamps are not working. - rooms are extremely small specially the triple ones. -The hotel is Average clean -The view was amazing from our balcony -Breakfast is very limited but acceptable. You can ask for good coffee for additional 15 MAD. -Location is excellent. The staff are amazing, super friendly.Guest review byIwFeIUnited Arab Emirates - 6.0
The medina is a Unesco protected cultural heritage.
The medina is a Unesco protected cultural heritage. Too bad the only thing you can see, apart from some (mostly closed) gates, is old narrow streets and shops. Locals prey on tourists in order to squeeze them dry :) In Rabat or Salé you can get a more authentic sense of a medina without the commercial pressure.Guest review byPeterItaly - 2.0

I was in and around Fez during Ramadan.
I was in and around Fez during Ramadan. This requires believers to give up food and drink from sunrise to sunset. That is why we, as tourists, must behave respectfully towards the natives/locals... The hustle and bustle in the Medina is normal, Friday threre is a day like Sunday for us in EU. For Medina I recommend the first visit with a guide so as not to get lost between 900 - 10,000 streets As far as I know, there have been some issues at the airport with mobile boarding tickets in the past (they were calculated for paper printing), so it may be better to fix this sooner. As far as I could see on April 12, the couple in front of me came with mobile cards (on the phone) and they kindly gave them boarding passes for freeGuest review byMladenSlovenia - 4.0

It is close to the main road, relatively quite, staff are friendly, but the hotel is crying for renovation, even the beds sheets are old and have holes in them, its dated and lost its spark, its good for one night or two to crash in, if you only use it to sleep the night, very boring.Guest review bySulayman - 6.0
There were a lot of artisans which was nice.
There were a lot of artisans which was nice. We were often set upon by people trying to take us somewhere and wanting money, even when we said no they wouldn’t leave us alone. After a time we didn’t stop anywhere which really was a shame. The amount of garbage was also quite distressing and took away from some of the sights. We took a tour to the middle Atlas Mountains which was really lovely. The food was good everywhere we ate in the Medina.Guest review byDorisCanada - 2.0
Location was nice
Location was nice Residence was not equipped and was very dirty I rented two bungalows and both had. Blocked sinks. Infested by ants, flies and insects. Was very dirty and that was done was poor. Pillows had no pillow cases and not enough towels left over to give us from hotel side.Guest review byRedouanUnited Kingdom
