We arrived very late (+-01:00 am) after a flight, and we really needed a cup of coffee, the lady at the reception offered to make us herself, even though it wasn't her job. Other than that - great room, very large, AC in the sleeping room and not in the living room where the kids slept

This is a real 4-star hotel in the city center of Iasi. All the main attractions are at a max 30 minutes walk from it. Good breakfast and helpful staff. They have parking spots in front of the hotel (at a small extra fee), a fancy restaurant, and close-by tram stop. I highly recommend the sweets of the cafeteria on the ground floor.

    The centre if Iasi is a beautiful city.

    The centre if Iasi is a beautiful city. Its like any city really with the good and bad areas. I expected a different city as we hear so much about corruption and prostitution in Romania yet I seen none of this, nothing. I found the people however very cold. In shops and restaurants especially people were cold distance and rarely smiled. I found this hard. I goggled it and the findings state this is normal and that romanians wont let their barrier down with strangers. I found it hard. As a result of that I wouldnt be in any rush to go back.

    Amazing city with lots of things to do.

    Amazing city with lots of things to do. Iasi is so cultural and yet so modern and grand and beautiful and safe even late at night. Great restaurants and clubs with music you can dance. Great shops and theatre and gardens and opera and even free concerts and events.

    Polus Mall Area and Copou Area.

    Polus Mall Area and Copou Area. I've tried menus from Veranda Terrace and recommend this location. It is easy to get around as there are multiple public transport means. Visiting museums and churches is one of the great activities for me.
