I am thrilled to write a review about Hotel Bono and I am 100% gladly doing it out of pleasure. This gem and the 'good feel' vibe you get once you are inside the hotel space actually is so much better than what is presented on their online platform. For detailed people like me and my partner, this place, especially the hosts' hospitality exceeded our expectations. Everyone of service there was extraordinary - positive, so caring and hardworking, making sure you feel comfortable with every move you make. From the moment you step your foot inside you feel an awe and realize that you have made the best choice to have a home away from home for a few days. The ambience within the hotel space is so cozy, unique, very clean and rarely seen and felt in other hotels in the region. Everything is super comfortable, minimal and the hotel has brand new furniture. I recommend this hotel especially to all the design and architecture lovers outthere. One extremely important thing is that the location of the hotel couldn't be any better for us, since it's very close to the main beach - close to Hotel Splendid and other fancy resorts. No need for your car during the day at the beach. At the hotel you can have your own private parking and choosing that option was the best choice for us whilst our stay. And last but not least: the breakfast they serve with so much love, is truly amazing and has a lot variety. The buffet is full of delicious dishes and special recipes, all too tasty.     Boravili smo u Hotelu Rivijera u Petrovcu pet dana i iskustvo je bilo zaista fenomenalno. Naša grupa od jedanaest osoba bila je izuzetno zadovoljna uslugom i celokupnim ambijentom hotela. Već pri dolasku, recepcionar Ivan nam je mnogo pomogao, što je zaista ostavilo pozitivan prvi utisak. Njegova ljubaznost i spremnost da odgovori na sva naša pitanja značajno su doprineli našem osećaju dobrodošlice. Hrana u hotelu je bila izvanredna. Švedski sto za doručak i večeru nudio je raznovrsne i kvalitetne opcije, prilagođene svim ukusima. Svaki obrok bio je svež i ukusan. Okruženje hotela je takođe za svaku pohvalu. Park i dvorište su puni zelenila, drva i cveća. Bazen je bio čist i uredan. Sobe su bile prostrane i komforne, sa velikim kupatilima, što nam je posebno odgovaralo s obzirom na to da smo putovali sa malom bebom. Hotel nam je obezbedio dodatni krevetac, što je bila velika olakšica. Parking je takođe bio odličan, što je značajno olakšalo naš boravak. Posebno želimo da istaknemo pažnju osoblja, koje je bilo izuzetno prijatno i pozitivno. Na recepciji su nam čak dali i uređaj protiv komaraca, što je još jedan pokazatelj njihove brige za goste. Na osnovu svega navedenog, sa sigurnošću možemo reći da ćemo se ponovo vratiti u Hotel Rivijera. Hvala svima na divnom boravku i vidimo se opet!

    The location was excellent, very close to the beach. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable - though the room itself maybe needed updated with a fresh coat of paint but this wasn't an issue for me. The food was quite varied for lunch and dinner each day - my only suggestion is that the dishes be labeled more clearly as being vegetarian I was unsure about some dishes being ok for me to eat. The pools at the hotel were really nice - you do have to pay 15 euros deposit for a pool towel but get this back at the end. The roof top bar was lovely with some great views. The staff were nice, and even let us check out a bit later before our flight. For the price, I really can't find anything to complain about!

    Nice and relatively new hotel, pretty spacious, clean rooms with cute balconies, good shower. Breakfast is tasty, restaurant downstairs is wonderful, very popular place, delicious food, we liked it a lot. Also was nice to have the underground parking, although it was a little bit small. Remember to make sure that you have booked the parking lot in advance, they can forget. 10-15 walking from old city, bakery and market near to the hotel

    Beautiful clear water for swimming, but the resort was very busy and touristy, full of cheap souvenir shops and pizza bars. The beaches were overcrowded with row upon row of expensive sunbeds and parasols.

    From the sveti stefan bus stop, it’s very easy to get around, buses to Budva Old Town run every 20 minutes, cost €2.5 one way, and take about 20 minutes. Taxi from Tivat airport is around €55–60 and takes about 40 minutes. For food, we often bought frozen homemade dishes from a Ukrainian shop in Budva, which were really tasty.

    The area of Becici was great for a nice beach holiday. I didn’t like that every beach seemed to be allocated to a Hotel and we had to pay €30 for two beach lounges, but this was everywhere and I guess, just how it is done everywhere. We had a hire car so we were able to also visit Kotor, Tivat, Sveti Stefan and other areas, which were all within an easy drive. The exception being the major roadworks on the E65/80 to Tivat, but these will likely be completed by next summer.

Shade to be found all day, place to eat takeout, make yourself a cuppa, or chill with wine you’ve kept in fridge. The sincere hosts: friendly, helpful, available, but living next door so not ever-present. Glad we stayed here and at Rafailovici rather than Boudva - beach options better. ‘Rafailovici tourist office’ is good destination to give taxi on arrival as after that, take narrow street down on right and half way down you’re there. Without luggage the buses back and forth are convenient for Budva. Note Summer 2025 - roadworks between Budva (&Kotor) a nightmare ongoing road building possibly a year - this means significantly higher bus travel time /taxi quotes from airport (Around €60 for 50 min journey although also got €80 quoted). Key jiggling for room 2 a bit of a challenge but otherwise everything spotlessly clean, simple, and comfortable beds.

    Beach is perfect, smallest pabbels, clear waters great for sweeming. I’d come bavk for longer stay inwsrmer season. Right on the beach there are several restaurants with good food. My recomendation eould still be restaurant on the top , main road, named Kusto. During summer reservation is needed. I would deffinitelly take a walk to St Stefan beach (20-30min thru pine trees and great beaches Kings beach Milocher & St Stefan beach.

    Water is good, but there are some issues with the place. Homeless dogs and cats, garbage and stinky smells when you are going to the beach. Crazy drivers who don’t look for the speed limit and some strange people around.

    Budva, like the other cities in Montenegro, is a fantastic place, nice beaches, a very beautiful old town,has a lot of water activities and night life is brimming . It is indeed a destination worthy of travelling for both young and old. Just be ready with lots cash because most of the shops and restaurants there only accepts cash. There are ATMs everywhere but there are charges. Transportation wise, if you are just in Budva, everything is walking distance, going to the beach or the old town, there are just minutes away. But, if you want to visit other places, taking a bus is the most effective way, it's cheaper than taking a taxi where the driver will ask a ridiculous price. Just go to the bus station and buy the tickets there in cash, don't buy them online because once you arrive at the bus station, they will ask you to print it otherwise it's null and void, they have printing servie there but it's gonna be another pay (1 euro per print).

    We liked our little hotel, the clean watter, little promenade next to hotel, with plenty of restaurants, cocktails bars, icecream places. We stayed mostly on beach. Was just what we needed. For recharging battery’s.

    Sveti Stefan is small enough to explore on foot, there is a pretty coastal walkway that is shaded at times. Whilst busy, the beach didn’t feel too overcrowded in August. The one supermarket is a bit pricey, consider taking some essentials with you
