The location of the studio we booked was perfect, offering easy access to the marina promenade and great seaview. The girl who greeted us was nice, on time and explained to us everything necessary about the apartment, heating, wifi and how to get around. We arrived around 2pm and it was great that she told us that the supermarket at the promenade had a winter schedule and was closing at 5pm, so we managed to get a few things we needed for the weekend before it closed. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

Excellent location, quiet, clean. Appartment was fully equipped for our extended weekend stay. We enjoyed every moment. Reaching beachfront 15 min walk or by minibus (polite bus drivers, timetable provided). Restaurants nearby - excellent food and service.

Everything was perfect! I will advise future guests to use the map provided by Janko in order to locate the property easily. Janko and his wife, Milica, were wonderful, the bests hosts we've ever met. Their hospitality and friendliness was top-notch. The apartment was situated very close to the beach and the views from the balcony were picturesque. We felt very much at home and had all we needed. The gardens were so beautiful and as a bonus, there was a pet tortoise which our children enjoyed playing with. We were welcomed by some food and drinks and on my birthday, Janko and Milica surprised us with a birthday cake, which was very thoughtful. It was not too difficult for us to travel to Tivat and Kotor to visit other places of interest (it's easier if you rent a vehicle, which Janko advised us to do). There are also places of attraction very near by like the Blue Cave tour and Lustica Bay. Communication before, during and after the trip from Janko and Milica was excellent. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay again if we are in the area in the future.

the room num 305 was the best !!!. .excellent. the room was spacious. the room made of 2 separate rooms and a living room . spacious shower and toilet . a sun terrace overlooking the promenade and the see.

As it was my birthday, I was surprised with a delicious cake delivered straight to our suite, which made the occasion even more special. The staff's warmth and attentiveness went above and beyond—we truly felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The attention to detail in every aspect was remarkable. Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight—absolutely delicious! Huge compliments to the chef, and heartfelt thanks to the wonderful person who served us. This was the most amazing experience ever .
