Although we’ve been to lots of hotels. the Staff is amazing!! always ready to help and make us happy and pleased❤️ we had a family room and it was specious, very big and comfortable, with three rooms including one living room, microwave and fridge, two bathrooms, ACs and TVs in every room. Channels amazing especially for kids. big choice of cartoons. every room had a balcony with table and chairs. sunbeds and umbrellas were provided by hotel.
we had more than enough drinking water bottles daily in the room.
Food was great!! kids loved the burgers😂😍
Special thanks for keeping us and our luggage in the hotel after the checkout. they gave us not only a space for bags in reception but also a small room to rest and shower ❤️

RomaniaThe location was perfect, we stayed at Stone Beach Club but we could use all the facilities of the Stone Hotel (all the meals were there, private beach, infinity pool, and gym). The staff was super helpful and kind, they helped us organize different excursions. The room was clean and had a nice view of the ocean. We were perfectly satisfied with the Stone Beach Club.

SwitzerlandEverything has been outstanding during our stay. The room is very nice, with staff coming everyday to clean / change towels if needed. The restaurant is excellent, with a large choice of great dishes. We ended up eating there every night, on the rooftop, under the stars. Much worth it the extra 2-3$ you pay for this quality. The whale shark excursion we did with the hotel also more than achieve our expectations. Not only we were lucky to swim with them for 30min, but they also recorded outstanding pictures / videos from us, with their high quality equipment (much better than a simple go pro !). Also, if you’re here for romance, make sure you book a romantic dinner by the beach with them. The spot they build is simply the best I have seen in my two weeks vacations in the Maldives across 4 islands (including a resort island); a real no brainer ! Last but not least, the staff ! Everyone is so professional, so kind, so smiley, you immediately feel extremely comfortable ! Thank you to everyone (including the manager who is extremely well organized, always around and helpful to plan all your vacations and activities by WhatsApp ! This team is definitely the main asset of the hotel. Will with no doubt comeback one day ! Thank you whaleshark beach ! Take care !

NetherlandsThis was the best hotel I have had in Maldives. Finally I was so used to their facilities that the other hotels seemed quite bad to me. Everything was amazing, great bed, cleaning every day, hot shower, good breakfast, even a world electricity socket. And the diving with Go Divers was amazing too (manta’s, whale shark, turtles).

Netherlands+ Everything is made out of bamboo. Not in a cheap way, but in a classy and eco kind of way. It looks super nice! The property is beautifully maintained and is super clean!
+ They serve breakfast at 08:00, lunch at 13:00 and dinner at 20:00. Everyone eats together in the restaurant that is open to the outsides and is beautifully located next to the beach. All is served in buffet form. They change the menu with every meal and the food is absolutely delicious!! (We booked half-board, but could pay for either buffet or a la carte lunch on the spot)
+ During our stay we got brand new snorkelling equipment to use for free.
+ On an information board in the restaurant, you can see what excursion is planned for the next day. The activity depends on the weather. You can opt in or out. We went snorkelling for 25 USD per person.
+ The staff is super friendly and goes absolutely above and beyond for you to have a good time.
+ Our speedboat back was scheduled at 13:00, the property gave us a late check-out till 12:00 for free.

We were on the side with the reefs and it was a lot less windy than the other side. and we could just go down the stairs from our balcony and start snorkeling which was amazing. I only stayed overnight in Male and, in general, it was enough. Simply passing though to get my flight home. As expected the city is noisy, busy and hectic. Wow the contrast from the laid-back, easygoing atol where I was based for the holiday. However, I still quite enjoyed it. The guy from the diving company arranged a tour guide for me whose policy was that I pay him what I thought his time was worth. I got to experience the traffic from a scooter (quite scary to begin with) was taken to the market and given lots of free samples of local foods to try and had visits to all the important sites in three brilliant hours. He also introduced me to a wonderful restaurant - The Seagull Cafe- where I visited another twice before leaving the food and the coffee were so good.Guest review byJamesUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Maafushi is, overall, a great place – the people are friendly and welcoming. The weak point is definitely the services. When it comes to hotels, don’t expect luxury. In my opinion, for what you actually get, it’s overpriced. One big plus is that Maafushi gives you more freedom. You’re not tied to a resort – you can move around, explore, go jogging if you want, and enjoy the island on your own terms. Hulhumale despite being busy like the rest of Male has an airy feel to it with lots of greenery - almost colonial. The East side is quiet for traffic although it's close to the seaplane flight paths - I didn't find that intrusive. The West side has the harbour with the ferry terminal and where the liveaboards anchor between trips. When I was there there had been a lot of recent building work so I would avoid staying there. I loved the proximity to Male for ease of arrival and departure. I also loved looking at the city lights from afar, whilst being separated by stunningly turquoise waters and the gentle sounds of lapping waves. The marine life in the lagoon was plentiful and beautiful, and I had many marine visitors near my villa at all hours of the day. The snorkelling with sharks-excursion was probably the single best experience, but the resort itself was the star of the whole experience. The quality of the villa (amazing bed, wonderful toiletries from L'Occitane, the view, the constant refill of free fresh water and Nespresso coffee) and the rest of the resort (amazing food, world-class spa) was the stuff of holiday dreams!Guest review byInaNorway - 10.0

The people that work there in the island are very genuine and polite and helpful, always smiling. They make your time there very pleasant. Don’t forget to tip them. I absolutely would return!
I absolutely would return! After the fact I was told this was a Russian resort but we interacted with a variety of guests during our visit. Our neighbors were guests 20 years ago and returned with two children. They were having an absolute ball. I loved the swim up bar at the pool - and the fact it was at the opposite end (along with a divider) from the children's area. Super attentive and friendly staff, great meals, I didn't tire of the options at the buffet. The a la carte restaurant was lovely too. We did the all inclusive and it was definitely worth it. We LOVED Dhiffushi! A real taste of a local island, the thing that struck us was how quiet and peaceful it was. We wandered everywhere on foot and loved that the roads are all sand. We were there in monsoon season and experienced some storms but they were short and everyone just gets on with stuff. There was some rubbish washed up on the non-hotel beach areas but most hotels keep their areas spotless. Both bikini beaches were absolutely stunning. An amazing snorkelling beach -no boats or travel required -just thousands of colourful fish and turtles, perfect white sand and palm trees. The concession stand sold delicious, fresh-picked fruit-watermelon, papaya, bananas. I enjoyed pretty much everything. It was a super place to go for a one week holiday. You're a captivated audience on such a small island but there was more than enough to keep you occupied for the week.
