There wasnt any problems with our stay and the rooms got cleaned every day nicely. The breakfast was good and tasted well. There was a bit few things to pick from but the overall was nice and clean. The personale here was very fast, nice and wellmannered. The pool on the top (floor 52) is perfect with a perfect view worth seeing and enjoying especially in the night. Sadly we were on the wrong part of the hotel because the Face suite have two towers with a pool on top and the other tower was facing the Twin Towers (thats why be aware where you book if you want the extra good view). The bar at the pool was also good. It was a bit dead when we where there but it was fine. Good personale that also knows very well to make videos of you drinking your drink if you are gonna have a video of that 😉 The rooms was very big and nice. Feels like staying at a retreat. Superb pool swim able from the back of ground floor rooms. Our room had a very large plunge pool/jacuzzi which was amazing. Unusual herbal teas complimentary in the room which was incredibly spacious. Staff in restaurant were knowledgeable (special mention to waiter M N Amin) who told us about local dishes.
