I had an exceptional experience while staying here. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. My host Shida Anuar went an extra mile decorating my apartment with balloons and cake after knowing the fact that I just had my birthday the previous week. Took me by surprise and I really appreciate the thoughts and effort that went into this. Overall, the apartment was practically new complete with facilities like filtered water, washer and dryer, and a very good gym. Equipments in the gym are well taken care of even though it’s shared with other residents. There’s also an infinity pool at the top floor with outstanding view of the city, especially the twin towers at night. Will definitely come back!

    A beautiful hotel with very friendly and exceptionally helpful staff.The security guard actually accompanied me to the nearby cashpoint.The concierge gave me great advice about taxis and where to visit in KL. I had personalised service,and always given with a smile .Delicious food,great room service,ate at 23h30 a very tasty meal in my room on arrival. I had a wonderful view from my window and the hotel was calm and very clean. I highly recommend Impiana which was recommended to me by a friend. You can also access the Petrona Towers directly by a bridge from the hotel.It's lounge has a direct view of them ,amazing! Ursula

    What an amazing stay! Needed to book in a day early, hugely accommodating with extending dates and late check out on day of departure. The property was stunning, a real oasis in the city. Lots of charm and character. The most sustainability conscious place we stayed in Malaysia. Despite all of that the highlights were the staff, personable, professional and nothing was too much. Breakfast and dinner excellent. Can’t wait to come back.

    The room was spotless and cleaned by the staff every day for the 4 nights I stayed. The breakfast spread was amazing the hotel covered most of the dishes in an international buffet and the food was really good. The location was in the middle of Bukit Bintang and very close to every shopping mall ( Pavilion, Berjaya Times Square Etc)

    A very large and modern city.

    A very large and modern city. The malls are very large and clean. Allow plenty of time to travel between locations because the traffic is very heavy in certain places and times. There's plenty to do for those who want to sight see or go shopping. I would class KL as F&F ( Food and Fashion ). The prices are very reasonable and a great selection of items for those on a budget or for those on a spending spree. Genting Highlands is a must! The kids will think they're in heaven so will the adults and the aquarium is one of the best we have seen. The Twin towers have to be seen in real life in order to appreciate the majestic marvels.
