What a wonderful little hotel. Just 10 rooms. The rooms were recently renovated and spacious. The bed was the best I’ve slept in since I left home four weeks ago. Comfortable, great sheets, great pillows. The bathroom was stylish and immaculate. There is a filtered hot and cold water dispenser and a Nespresso machine in the room. The owner is happy to highlight the things to see in the old town on a map, which is about a 6 minute walk to the old town. The hotel is across the road from a shopping and restaurant area. We got a SIM card around the corner from the hotel and downloaded the Grab Car app which makes getting to things that are on the outskirts of Ipoh, like the temples and caves, very easy (and inexpensive).

The accommodations is very modern, great bed and everything is very clean. The staff is super friendly and gives great recommendations, Wenesa even speaks German and such a good helping person. Breakfast is also tasty. I would definitely come again if I’m in ipoh no question

This is our 4th time staying at the hotel. Clean and lovely like always. Complimentary breakfast for our child of 6yr old was quickly arranged upon request when we were told that the lovely swimming is closed for another week. So we really appreciate for your generosity. Lovely breakfast. I was to see the blue nasi lemak and homemade soja milk. Very nice cut fruits as well.

    Everything... the staff love their life in the park and is very sharing of their experiences... special shout out to Audi, the first staff that greeted us, showed us our room and the park, his enthusiasm for giving us a very good experience is what makes our stay even a morememorable one... he even go extra mile to help us ordered the BBQ set even after the pre-order timing... He waited for us to set up the BBQ and was fast to clear up when we are done with dinner... And thanks to the chef who came back to prepare the food for us too... the food quality and standard is great... the portion is said to be for 4 but I think it can easily feed 5 adults... we are quite big eaters but we couldn't finish the food... it is definitely worth it to get the BBQ dinner if you ever stay there...

    Love that it has a free gym. The equipment is tired but I still managed to get a workout in, no problem! The single room is spacious and well-equipped, complete with a safe and everything. The desk is too crowded, though. It could do with a declutter to get rid of some of the chunky decoration that takes up way too much space. But I appreciate the thought. The staff were courteous, but away from the reception a lot?

    Everything about our stay here was perfect. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of options to choose from. The villa was larger than expected and the private pool/hotsprings was just as luxurious as we thought it would be. The staff are incredible, always offering you a lift or saying hi. The spa experience was also great and the cherry on top was our dinner at Jeff's Cellar which is unmissable.

    The hosts are very nice. Uncle Lim planned a day trip on his private speed boat. The most valualbe experience we had is snorkeling, fishing and wakesurfing. We caught 30+ fish and cooked by Mrs Lim, better taste than restaurant. Thank you so much and highly recommended to take Lim's tour trip on the sea.

    They say theres all these temples here but then when you check the history, all of them were built around 1920. So what? That's barely history. The town is basically an old British colonial mining town and before that there was nothing.

Com. what for, dont simply.cancel.cust oder and ask cust how?this is your problem, not mine, .u have to settled it in.your mnagement, please dont make cust upsad and angry to your service, if i know this were happen, what for i use this application, today is my day, dont you think.if this happen to you, your family, your work it can spoil.everthing that i ready arranged.     Some staff members made a difference and if not for them I would have given a one star rating. The environment was filthy with plastic bottles and rubbish . No wipes or towels in the gym to wipe down after workout. No towels provided in the gym. Water dispenser was not fully functional. Food quality and spread was poor. Breakfast was simply chaotic.

    Teluk Intan is a small quaint town.

    Teluk Intan is a small quaint town. Just one day is sufficient to cover most of the recommended places for visit. Food is not exactly cheap, comparable to KL prices. All shops selling local produce exactly the same so you visit one is like visiting all.

    Good place to visit for local Chinese Malaysian. here got some Chinese Restaurant famous with local fu zhou dishes (福洲菜). i.e Red wine mee sua. Pangkor Island is also not far from Setiawan. You can drop by to have lunch or dinner here snd buy some famous snacks “ guang ping”（光饼 ）and “pillow bun“.

    It has no big shopping malls or good public parks for sightseeing. But plenty of great restaurants and street foods. Some activities you can do are rollerblading, cinema and bowling. The town was small you can explore the whole area and not get lost. Not many hotels to stay but plenty of decent homestays.

    Nice place with beautiful lakes and greenary. Hill view was stunning. Food was good. But, town road is narrow and students' driving would sometime be a nuisance. Higher education town with good university, college and international school.

    Lost World was kind of disappointing as we had Escape back...

    Lost World was kind of disappointing as we had Escape back at Penang and compared to it Lost World is kinda for the kids and not able to bring any water in there was a big minus and once you gone into the park you are not able to get out cause you are not able to re-enter, food is also too expensive for a park not even Genting Skyworld is this expensive. For better animal experience : Taiping Zoo but still Tambun is quite better if you just explore locals .

    Kuala Kangsar is Royal township of Perak.

    Kuala Kangsar is Royal township of Perak. There is a few historical building to visit if you were visiting for the first time. For the local food you can go to the lembah for eating cendol and laksa. The view is very ecstatic and tempting because it is situated at the riverbank.
