The hotel is a class of its own. Everything is well planned and executed. From the moment we stepped into the hotel and until we left, we were treated with smiles, true hospitality, and professionalism. The staff, the service, the attention to details.The breakfast, the pool, the gardens, the courtyard, the afternoon tea, and coffee. Everything was executed to perfection. Kudos to the hotel manager (first ever handwritten welcome note I ever received from a hotel, an excellent idea), We would recommend Palm Gerdens to family and couples it is definitely worth the money.

The receptionist was excellent. He knew that I will be unable to take breakfast as I checked in at 5.00 on the morning, he gave me juice, cokies and croissant as when Inwake up I can have them . Room - The hotel was clean and room had all the amenities needed. Location - Location is perfect and is in close proximity to all the tourist sites. The hotel is even a stopping point for the water taxi. Breakfast - Huge spread with a variety of western, Indian and Asian choices. Will definitely book again!
