We didn't leave the hotel, so I can't really comment on what Sepang is like. We were only there for one afternoon/night as we had an early morning flight back to Australia. Traffic jams are daily affair and if you plan your time you may avoid the long jam. Explore the jetties & Crab Island if you have the time. It's a melting pot for foodies! Although it doesn't have any natural attractions by itself, it is a good place to put up should you plan to travel to nearby natural attractions such as Hulu Langat's camping ground or Putrajaya, Malaysia's administrative capital.
