Great staff - I had to cancel my original booking the night before the stay because the concert I wanted to come for was cancelled. They had mercy with me and agreed that I come on the new concert date instead, without extra costs. Thank you so much!!! The hotel itself is nice, too. Well-equipped room, quiet, a comfy bed, a welcome wine and coffee for free.

Before we arrived our host - Paul was in touch and greeted us. He found a safe place for our bikes and showed the entire facility. The rooms were comfortable, nice and very clean, and the presence of a kitchen and a terrace are additional advantages if you want to prepare something to eat and/or relax with friends by a cold beer or aromatic coffee. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully served. Paul deserves the highest rating, all the time he made sure that our stay was comfortable and we lacked nothing. Paul You are great !

The Heerlyckheid is a beautiful boutique hotel in Bredevoort, near Winterswijk. The facilies and the ambience is amazing. As guest you can enjoy diner at the restaurant, however, we had other plans so no experience. De hotel is situated on the main square of the city, and on the square there is also a local brewery, De Borgman, with a large terrace whereas you can enjoy local beers with friends and family. We really enjoyed our stay, and the breakfast was good quality, fresh and a lot of options.

    We spent three nights at De Zanding and spent New Year's Eve there. We were one of the few who arrived there without our own car, so perhaps the review will be a bit specific. Actually - the first plus is the accessibility of arriving by public transportation. The stop of the 105th bus is right next to the recreation center. 25 minutes from the station Arnhem and you are there. The territory is large, beautifully decorated, check-in was without problems. We received a package with keys right at the bridge. Please note that when ordering a set of linen, it does not include towels (but there is a separate towel package for an extra charge), so take them with you if you need them. Enjoyed the free and fast internet in the house. The house was warm, you can always adjust the comfortable temperature yourself. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. A huge plus (especially in rainy weather) is the pool and wellness area with 4 excellent saunas. Private wellness access must be booked for an extra fee in advance on the De Zanding website. The price is affordable. There is access to the pool from the wellness area.

    The room was very spacious, comfortable and equipped with a Nespresso machine. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The food was very good. Breakfast has a wide selection. In particular, we had a wonderful dinner experience thanks to Omar's service. He is really efficient and professional!

    It an excellent idea and the conversion has been well done. Staff was super friendly and made some very nice cakes. Great view of airport and the folder explaining the instruments in the flight deck is a very nice touch. Im very happy I travelled to stay here, it was a memorable experience.

    This is a lovely hotel which was an old sanitorium and the separate buildings have been converted into large comfortable rooms with good showers. The buffet dinner was great value and very good. Sitting outside by the fountain was wonderful.

    I had visited Arnhem over 40 years ago and remember our guide bringing us to the famous John Frost Bridge. It's a beautiful city with lots of bars and restaurants. I particularly liked Sonsbeek Park with the White Villa. I also got the train to Den Haag and visited the Mauritshuis Museum to see Vermeer's Girl with a Pearl Earring.

    Apeldoorn is a lovely town with a good selection of quality shops and restaurants. We had a fabulous meal there but our hotel was a bad choice and left us very deflated and unsatisfied. I would visit Apeldoorn and Zeist again though as they were very nice

The Old Church in the center of the town is a must-visit. Its beautiful architecture and serene ambiance made for a worthwhile experience.     Perfect place, etc. BUT - there was no soap in the bathroom, only 1 bag of tea + 1 bag of coffeee four 4 days stay, AND MAINLY, why do you provide only one set of keys 4 to gentlemans with separate beds?

    Harderwijk was surprising.

    Harderwijk was surprising. I hadn't visited the city for decades so I was pleasantly surprised of the transformation of the small lakeside town. The waterside is absolutely gorgeous and a perfect place to enjoy the sunset. The food choices are plentiful and there are enough terraces to chose from. If you like water, take a guided tour through the canals and lake, like the one from the windmill. We visited in september and the city was still lively partly because of the wonderful weather. Go visit Harderwijk's city center and enjoy the scenery!

    chose the accommodation for the purpose of sightseeing in Amsterdam and the surrounding area, the distance to the center is about 45 minutes by car - considering the price, it was completely satisfactory. The rooms were spacious, clean and as it was on offer, it really was.. I warmly recommend it..

    A cute little town with a nice town center. A large church with lots of restaurants around. On Saturday there is a nice market with specialties and food. Go early, after 10:00 it is full of German tourists :-D

    The property is very near the lake, so if you’re into fishing, Keet is your man - he has a wealth of knowledge about fishing in the area and is willing to freely share it with you. You are also within and easy bicycle ride to town so shopping is nearby. Ingrid has some lovely homemade jams for sale too - good on warm toast!!

    For me it was worth visitting Nijmegen because I was going...

    For me it was worth visitting Nijmegen because I was going to meet with friends there. However, I was impressed by the Vierdaagsefeest. It ended up being very fun and the city is quite nice and cozy. So yeah, I had an amazing time in Nijmegen, but maybe if you don't have acquaintances there it's not a must-visit city.
