NorwayThis hotel is really perfect. We did not expect that it has kitchen and complete utensils. Rooms were very comfy , just the other one has no door but it wasn´t a problem. Perfect overlooking to the river and mountain.

IcelandBeautiful house in a beautiful location, a short drive from the ski resort. The owners live in the house and rent out the guest apartment, they were super nice and helpful. It is a new construction and all the furniture's are new, and the interior design is amazing!

There is a side walk so you can walk all the way to Hemsedal. Apartment is very clean, spacious, and it has modern amenities. The TV system with Apple TV is very nice, we could watch some new movies for free from the provider. The furniture and space are super good for the price, as the location. The owner was very nice and helped us with any questions quickly (via e-mail or Booking message). The view from the balcony is very nice towards a beautiful waterfall and relaxing. I was very happy with a friendly and helpful hotel reception and a well informed manager. I had been upgraded to a better room at their initiative. Happy with that! And a very good breakfast - much more than I need in the morning. Great location for a ski vacatiion with ski area shuttlebus stopping close by if you need it. You can take your last run all the way down close to the hotel. Good local restaurants and bars very close by - less than a minute out the door. The hotel used to be the local hub before new construction at the resort base was developed. I have skied and arranged many ski trips with friends and colleagues to Hemsedal since 1986, staying at the hotel on several occasions and have many good memories from after ski and dinners at the hotel amongst the other possibilities "downtown" Hemsedal.Guest review byEinarNorway - 10.0
