- From US$376.48 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 765 reviewsMost Positive Experience – A Perfect Stay! This was by far one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive, making me feel truly welcome. A special thank you to Aleksandra Drzal, who was incredibly helpful in arranging both a private boat tour and restaurant reservations—her assistance made a huge difference. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered a stunning view that took my breath away every morning. The breakfast was exceptional—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety to suit every taste. The staff at both breakfast and dinner were outstanding—friendly, professional, and made every meal feel special. One of the most memorable experiences was the private boat tour led by Svein Roar Petterson—it was absolutely amazing and a true highlight of my trip. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm, relaxing, and perfectly suited for both leisure and business. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Everything was perfect for my stay, and I can’t wait to come back again. This hotel is an absolute must-stay!Guest review bypasitThailand
- From US$123.04 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 309 reviewsWe spent a few days at this campsite, renting one of the cottages available. The location is perfect if you want to visit places in eastern Lofoten. The campsite is big enough so you can easily find a place for you. Our original cottage was on the side of the campsite and we had some problems accessing the Wi-Fi. The host of the campsite was amiable and communicative. Once we informed him about our issues with the Wi-Fi, he offered us a nicer, and better-equipped cottage where the Internet connection worked perfectly. Thank you once again!Guest review byJacekPoland
- From US$228.81 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 1,135 reviewsThe location is great, accessible and close to Leknes. The hotel has amazing breakfast and a sauna and most importantly the staff!! They are really really sweet and warm and welcoming ! They even packed us breakfast as we were checking out early to catch a flight. The restaurant is one of the best and perhaps only fine dine in whole of Lofoten. Try their fried COD fish it’s amazing. We stayed in 3 other places in Lofoten I should say this was our favourite. One minor feedback the bed is too soft and bouncy for us but that’s alright.Guest review byShireenIndia
- From US$169.30 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.0Superb - What previous guests thought, 1,539 reviewsWe like the location, especially the view of the Fjord from our windows, and the quietness - the hotel stays away from the busy tourists area but in walking distance to everything. The staff on the reception was knowledgeable and polite. The food in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner was amazing. You have to keep in mind to book the table for dinner.Guest review byNataliaCanada

Reine is the crown jewel of the Lofoten Islands — probably one of the most beautiful places on earth. Surrounded by dramatic peaks and crystal waters, it offers stunning views at every turn. Perfect for hiking adventures, yet still full of charm with its picture-perfect fishing villages and cozy vibe.Guest review byDenizTurkey - 10.0

Lovely town in the Lofoten Islands with a beautiful beach nearby (Rorvika). Great cafes and restaurants especially Klatrekafeen. Would like to have done some hiking nearby but we ran out of time and it was actually too hot!Guest review byWendyUnited Kingdom - 6.0

Leknes is not the real tourist draw in the lofoten, but is central with a lot of busses going through if you don't bring a car. The bakery near the bus station and Sakura can be recommended. We didn't try other places.Guest review byFredericusUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Ballstad is a pituresque fishing village surronded by mountains. It's located right in the center of Lofoten which makes it a great base for those we want to explore the archipelago. Buksnes church is charming and a must see. Also it's near to Leknes where you can find a lot of stores and supermarkets. Ballstad will have a special place in our hearts as it was where we saw the most fantastic Aurora show which we were expecting for so long.Guest review byLeonardoPortugal - 10.0
Such an incredible place!
Such an incredible place! I visited in off season and two out of three days had good enough weather to explore. The third day had the most intense wind I have experienced, so it wasn’t safe to explore. I was happy with this experience but depending on what you want you may want to visit in summer, so that the trails aren’t so muddy. Even when they are, there is plenty of scenic routes to walk in between the towns!Guest review byAnonymous - 6.0

Please do not go to Scandinavia Hotel, the manager of the place is simply not human, did not compromise on a small mistake we made in the booking, they do not answer the phones and there was not a single person at the reception, simply a terrible experience.Guest review by3amer ZubedatIsrael - 10.0
A very dreamy and picturesque town.
A very dreamy and picturesque town. If you are looking for a quiet place to unwind, relax and enjoy the surrounding. This is the place. There is a small pier to walk on. The cinnamon roll in the village bakery is delish! Having a car makes staying here convenient as we drove to different places for food and exploration.Guest review byIvyCW CCanada - 10.0

Best place to stay for 2-3 nights to explore the western part of Lofoten. Fully furnished cabin is best so you can easily cook or reheat food as your own convenient time. Most importantly to enjoy the surrounding. Immerse in the serenity atmosphere and just chill 😎Guest review byMahadi BeeSingapore - 6.0

Good facilities, the guy at the Tourist Info was very good, but it felt a little... functional? There's so many great places to stay that maybe look twice? Henningsvaer has a more attractive character, for example.Guest review byJeremyUnited Kingdom
