We did stay 7 nights into the Deluxe King Room with Balcony (and Marina View). Enough time to experience in full the hotel facilities: swimming pools, gym, lounges, restaurants and bars. It’s all brand new and state of the art equipments, perfectly maintained and clean. The location is amazing, central to most main activities Abu Dhabi has to offer. The staff is extremely welcoming, customer focused, 100% English speaking, and discrete.

As one of the biggest hotel chains in the world, I wasn't expecting nothing but top tier service and exquisiteness from the Four Seasons Abu Dhabi and that is exactly what they offer.     Reinlin was exceptionally helpful in accommodating uur family into 2 rooms at 11am even though check in time was at 1pm. We flew in from Melbourne enrout to South Africa. We had a 21 hour lay over, our flight landed at abu dabi 04h00, we hung around looking for accommodation until I was confirmed with booking.com, our connecting flight to SA was at 0200. We had to be at the airport 12am. I am extremely grateful that we were allowed to check in at 11am, had a well deserved shower and Reinlin gave us directions to the Golden Centre and a lovely restaurant across the mall where we had THE most delicious meal. Thank you to the front desk day and night shift as well for making sure our cab arrived just as we were checking out. Thank you to our very respectful concierge who helped move 12 suitcases. Thank you to the friendly cleaners as well. Will definitely recommend your hotel. And book again

    Everything at this resort was stunning, however the people made this hotel to stand out even more. The location is great, for the whole duration of our stay we had the impression that we are in a tropical vacation. I highly recommend any of the villas. Al Yamm is perfect for sunshine and beach lovers and Al Sahel perfect for those who want to enjoy the wildlife in their own backyard surrounded by trees. The pricing of F&B is surprisingly good as well. Would 100% recommend any of the 3 resorts from the island.

    I liked that is was truly in the desert and remote which made the experience magical. What made it special was the staff. I lost my mobile phone during a dune buggy ride and when I thought all was lost, dune guide Tabish and security Bisal went into the desert the next morning and found it! It was a miracle!     Less of a party town than Dubai which is great for cultural travellers. Its a serene and gentle city with all the facilities a traveller requires. Make the time to see the Falcon Hospital and the Abrahamic Family House. Both are beautiful for different reasons. Looking forward to the opening of Zayed National Museum, the outside looks stunning.

    Dining Experience One of the highlights was the dining options. Both breakfast and dinner offered a fantastic variety of choices, also for vegetarians. And fresh tomato juice - one of my favorite! Exceptional Service The staff were incredibly accommodating. From the reception to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. A special shout-out to Mr. Islam, the manager of Club House and Makani Cafe. His attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards truly enhanced our experience. Accommodations The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. Areas for Improvement While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the music at the pool could be more entertaining. A lively atmosphere would make the pool area even more enjoyable.

    The room and the overall checkin and checkout experience...

    The room and the overall checkin and checkout experience were great. The breakfast in my opinion must be looked into and improved. Here are some key points you can improve: - Choice of food: You should propose more choices like Hummus, moutabal, labneh, salmon, different kind of ham (turkey, veal, chicken, beef, dried, etc.) - The scrumbled eggs were dry, scrumbled eggs must be creamy - More choice of fruits (we had a only small plate of fruit cuts) - Labelling : if it is Milk label it milk, if it is almond milk label it almond milk. My son served himself with almond milk thinking it was milk according to the label and spit it because he was surprised by the taste. Good thing he is not alergic. The breakfast buffet and service gave us the impression of not being at the same level of the rest of the hotel. Breakfast service : We waited too long to have someone to come seat us We waited too long to have someone come and take the hot drinks order. The hot drinks self service machine was down The waiters come to our table and do not remove the used plates. Regarding the room: The AC in the master bedroom was blocked and too much cooling, plus there was odor in the room. We did not call, because we wanted some intimity. Please make sure the rooms are in pristine condition for the guests before checkin. it is very frustrating to have to interrupt our time in the room to call maintenance to work on the room. In Room Dining: The food was good, but delivered without bread (an arabic mezze without bread...) and the delivered bread was not up to the expectations. The food was also delivered withiut tissue. There was no tissue in the room. We asked for but never had them. Overall you should be proactive to avoid customer frustration. So the service matches the Venue. Pristine room befoee checkin, Pristine service don't wait for the (bad) comment to act upon it.

    It is a beautiful place to visit at least once in your life, with beautiful gardens and extraordinary mountains, but many places are closed for renovations, which limited our visit, but we will be back! The must-see tour is Jebel Hafeet mountain, the view is worth the effort of climbing.

The resort is super clean, with amazing staff and food; you'll find the serenity you're looking for (even if there are kids around!) First of all, the pictures and videos on the internet doesn’t do any justice to the beauty and serendipity of this beautiful lavish resort. You ought to visit and see it yourself. The staffs of this resort is the backbone and the reason which made our stay very pleasant. I’d like to specifically mention the names and their roles to appreciate their great service.     Abu Dhabi is great place, however if transit passengers are required to sleep in their rooms till next flight, this is advisable. Those who would like to visit city for a few hours this location is not advisable as it is too far from Terminal A. Visiting city would be expensive, as there are no complimentary buses or designated pick up locations to and from city provided by hotel, except for Yas island and risks time constraints for those who are on transit.

    Great place to visit for stunning scenery and historic sites. Plenty to see. Easy to get there from Abu. Gives you a clearer sense of the place and people before it was taken up with modern oil tourism.really interesting to find out about the tribes and leaders where they came from and how the country came in to being.
