- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very good - What previous guests thought, 555 reviewsHotel Review Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The pickup from the harbor worked perfectly, and we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. We stayed in an apartment in the Villa Moana, which I can highly recommend to everyone. The apartment was beautifully equipped, spotlessly clean, and in a great location. It also featured a wonderful terrace with a stunning sea view. A particular highlight was the private dock with stairs that made it easy to enter the sea. Snorkeling here was a great experience—even though it might not seem so at first glance, there’s plenty to discover upon closer inspection. During our stay, I spotted octopuses, lionfish, stingrays, turtles, and even a nurse shark (don’t worry—they’re more scared of you than you are of them, and they quickly swim away if you encounter them). We stayed on the upper floor, and in the evening, when the lights from the lower floor illuminate the water, you can watch the sharks hunting. It was an incredible and exciting sight. All in all, it was a wonderful stay, and I would book here again. Mauruuru Francesco & MimiGuest review byGiuseppe FrancescoSwitzerland
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.8Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 71 reviewsThe place is simply gorgeous! We stayed there for part of our honey moon and we were so happy to be there. The room was fantastic, very spacious and decorated with so much taste and antique pieces. The garden is amazing, it is like a jungle and the bathroom is actually outside in the nature. The owner Nir was very welcoming and helpful with all the sorts of information, and he told us so much about Bora Bora and other interesting stories. We cannot recommend more this place!Guest review byPavlinaBulgaria
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 7.7Good - What previous guests thought, 823 reviewsNice place with a very friendly host. We got a very nice bungalow, which had enough space inside and a place outside to sit. The communication with the host was super. There is a nice pool at the location. You can also do snorkling in the sea. It had everything we needed. Everything was perfect! I would like to come back one day again.Guest review byJOANNAPoland
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.2Superb - What previous guests thought, 48 reviewsYou can't get more Robinson Crusoe feeling... it was by far one of the most special stays we have ever had. The view of Bora Bora, the solitude and the natural life. To sum it up: It was a dream and we will definitely be back. Thank you Tea, Tatiana and Joël 😃Guest review byDennisGermany

Our favourite place was on the lagoon.
Our favourite place was on the lagoon. We hired a pontoon boat and spent a day on the water, one of the best experiences was snorkelling, swimming and relaxing. It was great. Lots of different fish, coral gardens and many sea life. Water was crystal clear and vibrantly blues and greens. Views were endless. Swam at Matira Beach. Wish I could go back there. Restaurants were good and plentiful - we ate at Lucky House and Maitai Restaurants.Guest review byTracyAustralia - 10.0
Going to Matira Beach is a must.
Going to Matira Beach is a must. Have a drink or sunset at the Bora Bora Beach Club that's right on the beach. Go on a boat tour to a Motu (an islet) and snorkeling (ask for DiDi the boat captain).Guest review bychristianUnited States
