- Scored out of 10, guest rating 7.3Good - What previous guests thought, 18 reviewsSuch a lovely experience here. Villa is directly across the street from Matira Beach, which is THEE highlight of the island! There are 2 sweet treat food trucks next to the beach, and the restaurant Snack Matira is a 5 minute walk from the Villa. ( yummy food!) Villa had everything: full kitchen, living room, dining room, porch area, 2 bedrooms, (air conditioning in one of the rooms) Lots of greenery & flower all around the property. I got lots of rest and peaceful time here. The host staff( Ms. Atea ) was very nice and helpful. Villa is about a 15 minute drive into town (Vaitape) Here you'll find the grocery store CHIN LEE'S. They have everything you'll need. Just remember, can't buy alcohol on SUNDAYS. In town there is the Polynesian market and other little shops for souvenirs, as well as the ferry dock, where you'll catch the boats back to the Bora Bora airport. Villa Bora Bora is also about a 10 minute ride to Bloody Mary's Restaurant, a must try on the island. Make your reservation w/ the restaurant, & they prove free shuttle to/ from the Villa. If you want a taste of what it's like to live here, hang amongst the locals, and beach bum it like a PRO, this is the place to stay! I highly recommend. - Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very Good - What previous guests thought, 158 reviewsI wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible experience we had during our two-night stay at your beautiful resort. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by your friendly staff, who made us feel right at home. The bungalow was absolutely stunning – comfortable, stylish, and thoughtfully designed with every detail considered. The views of the lagoon and surrounding nature were simply breathtaking. It truly felt like a paradise retreat. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the sense of privacy, which made for a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The amenities were top-notch, and I appreciated the effort put into ensuring that every guest's needs were met. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from your team. Whether it was arranging a tour, recommending local activities, or just offering a warm smile, every interaction left me with a sense of being valued as a guest. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, and it made my time at Bora Bora Bungalove feel all the more special.Guest review byGEORGESUnited States
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Excellent - What previous guests thought, 50 reviewsTea was exceptional with response time she’s the absolute best, but it gets better you arrive and then you meet Joël and Tatiana which are the best if the best host!! Tea does her best to tell you how it’s going to be and it’s all true everything she tells you but it goes above and beyond that when you arrive. We can’t wait to come back, the facility is everything a soul needs to escape! It’s not you resort style stay so if you looking for that keep scrolling this is for the hippies and explorers at heart not saying you don’t get resort style accommodations you just don’t get the other folks around you!! I can’t thank the entire team enough seriously, I wired Tea months in advanced and was kinda scared doing so not going to lie….. but it was the best decision I’ve made to date for a stay out of the country and I WILL BE WIRING HER AGAIN!!!! Book this place if you want peace and tranquility with no one around except Tatiana and Joel and even then you can ask for them not to come over I guess, but that’s be a huge mistake!! mauruuru and manuia, Kayne CunaginGuest review bycunaginUnited States
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.8Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 70 reviewsThe property is secluded on an uphill in the Pofai Bay. There are 3 bungalows hidden in a kind of Botanical Garden with lots of statues and meandering foot-paths. The bungalow we stayed in was large and had an open kitchen and fining area that is well equipped with all amenities. The bathroom has a portion in open air which is out of the ordinary. It is covered in most part, but has a little stone and plants garden. Nir has created here a sanctuary. He is also very nice and attentive and a nice person to chat with.Guest review bySorinaRomania
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very Good - What previous guests thought, 555 reviewsBoth Gerard and Hinano were super helpful. Hinano picked us up and dropped us off at various places several times from airport, excursions, beach, transfers. She was super helpful for information about events. Gerard even fixed my suitcase handle that broke during the trip! We got upgraded to the water side and we really liked it. Location was very close to town walking and very handy for groceries, tours and hikes. There is not much to do in town but we happened to go during Heiva so it was great to have access.Guest review byCristinaUnited States

Bora Bora is a slice of paradise.
Bora Bora is a slice of paradise. We rented a scooter for a day and saw the whole island. What was best was Rudolph at H2O was an amazing tour guide. Well worth the money. The waters are amazing colours and warm. Temperature perfect. People were nice and friendly. Had some great meals.Guest review byDorisNew Zealand - 10.0
Our favourite place was on the lagoon.
Our favourite place was on the lagoon. We hired a pontoon boat and spent a day on the water, one of the best experiences was snorkelling, swimming and relaxing. It was great. Lots of different fish, coral gardens and many sea life. Water was crystal clear and vibrantly blues and greens. Views were endless. Swam at Matira Beach. Wish I could go back there. Restaurants were good and plentiful - we ate at Lucky House and Maitai Restaurants.Guest review byTracyAustralia - 10.0
Going to Matira Beach is a must.
Going to Matira Beach is a must. Have a drink or sunset at the Bora Bora Beach Club that's right on the beach. Go on a boat tour to a Motu (an islet) and snorkeling (ask for DiDi the boat captain).Guest review bychristianUnited States
