I had a great overnight stay at Mikhai Guest House. The unit was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a living room, kitchen, and private bathroom. I especially enjoyed the serene surroundings and the presence of trees around the area—it gave a very calming and refreshing atmosphere. Since I had traveled a long distance, I really needed to check in earlier than the usual time to freshen up and rest a bit. I truly appreciate the host for kindly accommodating my early check-in request. I was scheduled for the day tour at Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar and wanted to avail of the set lunch, so the early check-in helped me make it on time and enjoy the experience without feeling rushed. Overall, it’s a peaceful and affordable place—perfect for those visiting Las Casas or exploring Bagac. Highly recommended!

Their customer service was very good, the staff were very helpful, they do extra mile. I commend Ivy and Nica for their excellent service. They provided us extra bed, bought food for our dinner and gave us our needs and requests. The view from our room is very nice overlooking the mountain ranges.

    On this vacation I’d been to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, before coming to The Duyan House at Singatala, I must say that the service, exceptional, the location simply beautiful, rooms well kept and the grounds simply gorgeous. The staff were incredible. I eat at the restaurant, I went to the adventure park, I used the laundry facilities, I used the guides and the masseuse, I worked with the front desk to book trips outside of the resort and for each of these the staff were patient, accommodating and resourceful. Yes the resort has beautiful scenic views and the grounds as are well cared for and yes the room was comfortable with its private balcony and yes the Duyan house is ideal for solo travellers, families and those seeking romance or just some R&R. However, the greatest assets are the staff location and the owners and managers.. This was much more than value for money. I will be back.

    Go to the WWII Museum! It was small but worthwhile.

    Go to the WWII Museum! It was small but worthwhile. It was a bit hard to find inside the grounds of the elementary school, but we understood why when we found out that the elementary school was actually an important spot for the WWII history of the area. Avoid the Grand Peninsula Suites Hotel.

    It is a good place who loves nature.

    It is a good place who loves nature. The place is pet-friendly. The beds are comfy. The staffs are accommodating and friendly. However, on food, don't expect much, as it needs improvements, and with a limited menu. You may bring some extra food if needed.

    This is perhaps the worst place to stay in Morong.

    This is perhaps the worst place to stay in Morong. I love the serenity of the place but I love eating at the restaurants as well. I don’t like to cook when I’m on vacation. This place has no bar by the pool as stated on the site. You would have to drive over 1 km to have anything at all within the compound and pay 1K per person to have a snack or something to eat or drink. You can stay at a first class hotel with the best view of the sunset and sunrise at a much cheaper price. The 3 star rating of Booking for Anvaya Cove beach and nature resort is way overstated. I would not recommend this place at all especially the Anvaya Cove Penthouse 10-2BR. Nowhere in the site where it stated 1 bathroom. It should not accommodate 8 people for this type of a place. They want to make money so they overstate the condition of the place. The place has nothing special to offer as a matter of fact. I can stay at Kamana Santuary Resort and Spa and would have a better time, eat well and relax. Booking should not recommend this place at all. Booking should also have stated 1 bathroom available for 10 people. If you want to only take pictures of the sunset, you would have to pay 1K person, which was 8k for my family. What a joke this was. The owners of these condos must be house poor that they can’t even offer a welcome water or coffee to drink at the penthouse. I hope that people who are looking into staying at this place see this review so that they are saved from a time of misery and unnecessary expense. Please stay somewhere else.
