1) Incredibly friendly and helpful staff 2) WhatsApp feature where you can communicate and arrange things directly with the front desk 3) The rooms were clean and quiet. Even though the street is very busy you could not hear any of it which was quite unusual. 4) The breakfasts were delicious! 5) The view from the bar upstairs 6) If you go to Nacpan beach, you can use their sister company's facilities and they give you a discount on the beach chairs which are so much better than the public ones and are cheaper. You can also sit in their area of the beach (This was a nice surprise)

Our two day stay was wonderful since we were to celebrate our wedding day. The ambience was fresh and cozy. We are surprised that the Gateway Mall was connected to the Ibis Style Hotel so no hassle if we go to dine and shop. The f.o and security staff was so accommodating and friendly. The breakfast in le bistro was so good and delicious. The room accommodation is so affordable and budget friendly and the service standard feels like a five star hotel. The room is clean and the housekeeping staff is friendly, especially Jazen, Joyce, Angelo and Bhing...Thank you to housekeeping who sparkle our room...kudos to all :)

    Manila is rapidly becoming a much nicer place to stay. BGC especially is a very nice area to stay and enjoy. It is safe, pleasant and full of a whole range of different restaurants (especially Japanese) and shops, centred around the mile-long Bonifacio High Street, which is completely pedestrianised.

    El Nido has so many fun things to do, and we liked that while there were a plentitude of tourist options, we were not separated from local culture and activities that sometimes happens in other places. We were only there for four days, and we could have stayed another week. The beaches are beyond stunning, both the ones you can walk to and the ones that need a boat. The snorkeling was fantastic, the food options endless, and the vibe was chill and fun.

    We had a wonderful overnight stay at Family Haven Tagaytay! The place is very clean, spacious, and perfect for a quick family getaway.     The public market is the cleanest I have ever experienced in the Philippines and very large and comprehensive. Everyone knows about the weather, which is perfect. The city is scenic, clean and safe. Really rec. Burnham Park, Mines View park and Camp John Hay. Lots of other sites and great restaurants.

    We didnt spend a lot of time in the Puerto itself sadly, given our resort was 90 minutes away but we made a couple of day trips and Puerto seems more relaxed & laid back than most cities in the Philippines with plenty of activities.

    The calamian group of islands of which Coron is part of, is beautiful. And I hope all the measures to keep it pristine and unlittered will be successful always. There are many breathtaking sights. You would need a sizable budget though to be able to enjoy the boat tours which are wonderful. If you have the time, visit Culion. It is historical (a UNESCO site), and while the places to see could do a little tidying up, nevertheless, the history of that place invites reflection and inspires--many heroic people lived on that island. Kudos to the religious who have kept the place going since it was first established. The Culion museum should be your first stop.

    Filthy squaller. Angeles City is horrible. Even walking street was hugely disappointing. Lots of closed bars, the bars i did go in were horrible. Women standing on stage, really looked like they didn't want to be tIhere. Just a horrible vibe. Makati is far superior to Angeles in every way possible. Dont waste your time going here. The SM mall which is close to the ABC hotel is very dangerous to get to . You have to try and cross about 4 very busy roads to get to it, no sky bridge, no subway to get there. Who ever designed the location was a moron, MAKE IT SAFE FOR PEDESTRIANS !

    Absolutely! San Vicente really flies under the radar compared to El Nido and Coron, but that’s part of its charm. It’s less crowded, more laid-back, and still boasts those stunning, unspoiled beaches—especially the 14-kilometer Long Beach, which feels like a hidden gem. The slower pace and warm, genuine hospitality from the locals really give it that authentic "island life" vibe. It’s perfect for people looking to relax, connect with nature, and avoid the more tourist-heavy scenes. Some even say it’s what El Nido felt like 10 or 15 years ago.
