United KingdomThis is probably the most welcome we have felt at any hotel we've stayed at. From the moment we arrived we knew straight away that we would love this place and by the time we left we felt like family. The check-in far exceeded our expectations. Goga is an absolute angel and she was super engaged, friendly and happy. She gave us a tour of the entire place (surely something from a fairytale?) and explained everything brilliantly. She told us how we could book the spa, what time breakfast was and lots of information about the place. Then she showed us to our room (the best room, as she said!) and we were absolutely blown away. From this point we were absolutely in awe of the facility, the surroundings and the relaxed vibe of the place. Each interaction with staff members left us further impressed to the point that we know we have to come back and stay.
On the second day, we booked the spa, and because it was quiet we had it to ourselves for 2 hours, with free use of the pool, sauna, and steam room completely for us. The spa is serene and was the perfect temperature. The pool isn't big but gives you plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The sauna and steam rooms worked perfectly, they were the right temperature and were very relaxing.
On the first evening, we opted for the wine flight and we were served by the fantastic Vukasin who honestly went above and beyond at every opportunity to make us feel so welcome and appreciated. It came to the point where we were looking forward to coming back to the hotel each day to chat with him! He explained everything about the wines in perfect English and made sure that we were looked after throughout the tasting and beyond. There was also a girl who served us on both days we attended the restaurant who had only worked there 2 days. Her English was absolutely faultless and she was always so friendly and smiling whenever we saw her. Just another member of staff who made the Helvecija experience unforgettable.

It’s the part of her soul, so she offers the guests the best she has. We were served with wonderful tasty breakfast and a delicious pie. Also Slavica guides a hiking tour in the nearby forest to show the guests marvelous landscape. If you want some exclusive authentic Serbian rest, it’s definitely the place worth visiting. I planned to come for a special concert and leave-no other...
I planned to come for a special concert and leave-no other expectations. However had an eventful walk from ‘Lotus’ to the venue through the city centre (a giros at ‘Giros’, a coffee in ‘Mali Pariz’, souvenirs from a cute ‘Galerija’). Nice people. Will be back :)Guest review bySofija - 10.0

There is a lot of history starting with the fortress on top of the hill above the town from the era of fighting Turks. Great restaurants and very close to Belgrade. Taxi service is excellent and inexpensive. For best "cevapi" go to BIG and Restaurant Walter, for roast piglet(PECENJE) or roast lamb I recommend Restaurant Beli Narcis or Kod Velje. Both are excellent. For atmosphere it is hard to go past SAJKA on river Tamis. They also have live music after 9pm on weekends.Guest review byLasloAustralia - 8.0

Everything was great, from our accommodation to the town itself. There's plenty of shops, a bakery, many cafés, bars and nice restaurants. Everything is so easy to find and you can walk pretty much anywhere. I would recommend visiting the Vračev gaj lake since the beach was the prettiest there.Guest review byAna NSerbia - 10.0

Welcoming, friendly, good value for money, lovely outdoor opportunities to relax, and play sport. River Tisa is tranquil, loved the pool, slide, food, volleyball area, and local child friendly people. Wonderful local market, with gorgeous home grown fruit/veg, and local produce. Bakeries everywhere offering lots of options, lovely restaurants, and a fabulous ice cream parlour! Great value for money as a location. Apart from the water issue which may be corrected in the near future, Zrenjanin is a beautiful and quiet place to enjoy. Since moving to Serbia I have come to love the Chinese stores and Zrenjanin has some of the best I have seen. We were interested in the wellbeing of a five year old boy and he was very happy with the animal enclosure up on the Vrsac Hill. Poneys, goats, ducks and gooses made us drive three times there. Plus the graffiti toddler. The view from the Vrsac Tower is also worth (you need cash if you want to go all the way up).
