On our way back home from the seaside, we were looking for a place to stay for one night... something more than just an apartment in a city, somewhere that would still feel like a vacation. We didn’t research too much in detail. We only checked for a few key things: suitable for two adults and two kids, outside the city, with greenery around and a yard, no old-fashioned furniture or beds, and overall a well-kept space. The included breakfast was already a bonus. From the moment I messaged the host, I could feel we were dealing with someone who truly cares about their guests. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised: everything exceeded our expectations. The inside of the apartment is clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The garden is beautifully kept, with two cozy terraces decorated with string lights for the evening, and a view that opens up towards a rocky peak. In the morning, it's peaceful, with nothing but birdsong in the air. And the hosts… truly among the kindest and most welcoming we’ve ever met. We asked if they could also prepare dinner for us, and they served local products and homemade dishes. The spinach pie was hands down the best we’ve ever had! We were so happy to end our vacation this way. I only wish we had stayed longer. Highly recommended with all our hearts, this place is a gem. A few practical details: Access by car is very easy, and the road to the property is scenic and in excellent condition. You can park directly in the inner courtyard. There’s a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook something yourself. The tap water is safe to drink and tastes good. Shops are also located nearby, which is a big plus.

I booked the apartment for my guests, and they found their stay at Doma Toma very satisfying and comfortable. Check-in is super easy – no key needed! The apartment has been recently refurbished, and everything inside is new and spotless. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the center of Bela Palanka or Park Vrelo. The host is very responsive and always ready to assist with any needs or questions. I highly recommend this apartment!
