We love the location it’s very convenient for all prayer. Price is ok too. But room service is really bad. Breakfast was not worth the price. Jeddah is a great destination to be discovered.
Jeddah is a great destination to be discovered. The architecture is amazing, especially in the Old City. People are very nice and kind, willing to help even when they do not know English (they use google translate). Museums do not have a fee or a very small fee. The malls are huge and you can find an incredible number of brands. However Jeddah is not very friendly for tourists that wish to walk. Distances are very big and it is recommended to rent a car or take a taxi. I am not going to recommend this place to anyone because no customer service and you have to wait for elevator for long. Room is so dirty and bathroom was not good at all. Bidet was leaking whole time we asked them but they failed to fix it too. We have to ask so many times for toilet paper but they don’t want to give us and shower situation was bad too.
