Very friendly and helpful staff with a cozy and comfortable Hotel in a perfect place for visiting Örebro. The breakfast was amazing and even though we've had booked a room with a shared shower, we didn't mind at all. The shower was very clean and always available. We've had a perfect stay and would love to come back any time. Walking distance from the train station and castle and a supermarket (hemköp) just across the street.

The staff was exceptional, we came to the hotel past midnight but the lady in reception was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really nice, with good variety of. Interior of the hotel was luxurious .
