My partner and I even managed to see the nothern light from our hotel room. Staff was an absolute delight. Super helpful and kind both from the lovely receptionists to the waiters in the restaurant. Even before we arrived they were great at accommodating my requests and helping me find transport to the hotel. The spa was small but very lovely after a long day of skiing. Location is also fantastic, close to both Sälen and Kläppen, as well as many cross-country tracks. Breakfast was very good, and the host very accommodating. This is a beautiful ski area.
This is a beautiful ski area. We stayed next to the piste, so we did not use our car. The pistes are nice and there is something for everyone. Great weekend destination for a long weekend of snowboarding. Not like the alps, different. But we loved the wide blue and red slopes - great place for carving - and around 4.30pm the lights turn on and the lifts stay open until 6pm. Plenty of outlets to book Snowscooter tours or Dogsledge tours. Truly amazing scenery when there is snow!Guest review byten HagenNetherlands
