We really enjoyed the large 3 persons room with good beds and air condition. The free mini bar and freshly baked snacks was a very nice feature as well - we felt spoiled and very welcome. Nice breakfast with many options and good quality food ! We hope to be back some day

Our experience at the Roset Hotel and Residence was absolute perfection from start to finish. From the lovely, warm and extremely helpful staff, comfortable beds and ultra spacious room, to the excellent location (just a few metres away from the old historic centre on one end and Eurovea on the other) and incredible breakfast. We couldn't recommend this hotel enough and we'll definitely be back ourselves if we ever visit Bratislava again!

Location couldn’t be better just a few mins walk to Old Town Centre and 1 minute from tram. Very modern hotel with large rooms comfortable bed very quiet and a great buffet breakfast in the mornings. Staff were very polite and friendly. It was just across the road from the main Police station too ! I will definitely stay at Hotel Avance upon my return to Bratislava. It was also excellent value for money.

This place was truly exceptional for money. A very quiet room, staff exceeded my expectations in everything I asked for.     Subject: Formal Request for Refund of Deposit – Accommodation Reservation To Whom It May Concern, On September 26, 2025, based on a request from the property owner, I transferred a deposit of €100 for the reservation of the accommodation titled "Pleasant apartment under the Bratislava castle". The funds were sent to the owner's bank account, as evidenced by the attached documentation. Despite repeated assurances that the deposit would be refunded, the amount has not yet been credited back to my account. I hereby formally request the immediate return of the full deposit. Should this matter not be resolved within 24 hours of receipt of this notice, I will be compelled to initiate further legal steps, including contacting the relevant authorities and pursuing the claim through legal representation.     Amazing location and garden, we would recommend to bigger groups, especially in summer. Room for improvement iside: kitchen had no coffee machine; the tea kettle or grill were basically not usable prior cleaning, there were spiders, spider webs and dust in the rooms).

    Pezinok is a very nice place.

    Pezinok is a very nice place. With very interesting History and architecture. There is some good Restaurant and other locals. Pezinok is good placed on thé road to Bratislava near thé mountain. IS very good as a place for travelling on thé entière area.

    I liked the Nivy area, it's very new and well organised with lots of green areas. There are a lot of shopping opportunities in the centre and around. Lot's of coffee shops and places to eat. The bus station is close by, and it was easy to get to from the Bratislava Airport.

    The apartment is situated on top (5th) floor and no lift/elevator available, which is not indicated in their sales introduction, and we hardly managed our luggage upto the room; shower can easily spill water out of the bathroom which is doorless but open to toilet area; towels are dark colour and rough (see picture); bedding is uncomfortable and quilt/blankets are easily messed up between inside stuff and outer cover(see picture); no napkin tissues are provided on dining table; toilet papers are limited to 2 rolls for 7 days’ stay.

    Smaller city with good amount of things to see and do. Love old town. Good shops, restaurants and nice buildings. Castle area also great, nice view, interesting history. Public transportation very good, airport easy to reach and not over crowded. Very impressed. Love Bratislava!

    You need time to familiarise with connecting public transport. Plenty new development in central Bratislava and free bonus access to tourist sites with the Bratislava card . Download the app and get it for 24 or 48 or 72 hours with access to all public transport with your mobile phone.

    Bratislava is a beautiful city, very modern and clean, yet manages to preserve and enhance its history. The only negative is the customer service, which is often rude, almost impolite. You need to be very patient to avoid letting this ruin your experience with this city, which is worthwhile.
