Great location close to amazing hiking trails. Very nice lady hosted us and prepared a great breakfast. Everything in the apartment was new and clean, comfortable for four friends. Kitchen was well equiped and there is a coffee machine. Highly recommended.

Great location. Views of the mountains from all the windows and the garden table, but only 10 minutes on foot to the supermarket and the bus stop in the town. And this cottage was really near the restaurant in the 'wooden cottage resort' where our accommodation was based. The facilities in the complex where this cottage is situated were lovely, and unexpected.

    The location is the perfect starting point for spectacular hikes in the area. The owners will help you planning the perfect hike. The Penzion is beautifully set at the foot of the mountains, with lovely views from the rooms and from the terrace. It is very peaceful and quiet, at night all you will hear is the sound of the little creek next to the house, or a dog barking in the distance. The rooms are comfortable and spacious (though cleaning only at request). The breakfast buffet is rich and good, in the evening the kitchen offers the choice between various local dishes, basic but tasty and nutrional. Perfect when you have been out on the mountain all day. The staff are lovely, caring and making every effort to make your stay comfortable. A truly exceptional place.

    This is a multi-building, multi-storey guesthouse type accommodation. Our building had 3 double rooms on each floor. This is not my favorite type of accommodation, but otherwise the rooms were good and the staff were very friendly. The cleanliness is impeccable, the eqipment of the rooms and bathrooms has a good quality. The area is nice and quiet. There is a small grocery store nearby, which is within walking distance but all other ones can be reached only by car or bike.

    The Penzion is in great localization of Stefanova, ideal place if you plan to hike. The room was clean, with nacie balcony. Downstairs there is restaurant- open up.to 8pm- so no problem with the noise. Breakfast ( 5 menu items) together with small Buffet is included. The staff is very nice- they speak only Slovakian - but we as Polish managed to talk with them:) The location is almost empty during weekdays and not so busy even during long weekends.

    Exceeded our expectation. For 3 stars it offered 4,5 star accommodation and BREAKFAST!!! The room had a magic view of the mountains, was top-notch clean, with lovely comfy duvets and big soft pillows. Friendly staff made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend this great value for money hotel if you just want to have a great time hiking in a lovely village with great restaurants.

    The stay exceeded our expectations. We had a very clean and large comfortable room with a bathtub so perfect after a hike in the mountains. The breakfast was very good and the lady who worked there in the kitchen was very kind, helped us with deciding of hiking location and she was very friendly making the experience very pleasant. We can highly recommend this place.

    Excellent breakfast, variety of choices, very good coffee. The room was spacious, the bed - big and comfortable. The hotel is right on the start of a beautiful. mountains track which is very convenient. Parking was available in front of the hotel. We recommend the place for those planing to enjoy Mala Fatra.

    Our stay in hotel Fatra was great. Room was spacious and comfortable and also well equipped. Breakfast was tasty and there was great selection of different dishes. There was room for skiing equipment and sauna. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I recommend it for everyone!

    Perfect place for a getaway, totally disconnected from everything with a stunning view, green surroundings and fully equipped, grill. TV. Kitchenette, fridge, the balcony is perfect for your morning coffee and in top of that a perfect host!
