It was the loveliest stay ever. Everything was so comfortable and CLEAN! The beds were so heavenly soft, rooms were clean, always stocked up with water. I arrived on my birthday and the building manager surprised me with a little cheesecake tart and a candle (I presume she saw it on my passport because I didn't mention it). It was a very sweet and personal touch to the stay. As many have mentioned, it's tuck slightly far away so it's quiet. There's a 7E nearby. If you love walking then the distance wouldn't bother you, if not, it can get quite tiring because most things are quite a fair distance but bolt is super cheap so that came in handy for us. All the staff members were really sweet and friendly. It was perfect.

Breakfast was nice. There were several options for the food. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It's easy to get food delivered, if you don't want to go out, since the location is very accessible. The location is also within the range of the pickup for the booked tours. The hotel has a very nice heated pool.

The best staff ever had in a hotel. Unlimited fruits and cold bottled water was so refreshing to have available whenever! The bathroom was lovely, especially the bath. Among numerous hotels i have visited, this was definitely the best. Very welcoming and kind. Crystally clean room with a breathtaking view of taking off planes with the misty mountains in the background. Variety food for breakfast in abundance. Clean kitchen, delicious, and fresh. Amasing harmon kardon speaker in the room, air purifier, and remote control of curtains. Spacious room and enormous comfortable bed with 6 pillows. Strong and efficient ac. There is a kettle and a coffe maker in the room too. We were happy with location - very quiet and having a bike was very convenient to visit different places. Two night markets are quite near. Overall, we definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for your high professionalism.

    Stayed here for three nights - overall extraordinary experience. It's a perfect getaway if you want to stay away from the crowd in Chiang Mai. As small as the hotel gets, you can still stay at the property for two entire days without thinking to leave. Although it was really pricey for New Year's eve, the hotel prepared a fancy night dinner + outdoor party + fireworks for every guests who want to be part of it, for free. Staffs are of course friendly. The place is well maintained and with good taste - got lots of photo taken.

    It was my favourite hotel in Chiang Mai so far. I stayed in Hop Inn Airport so I knew what to expect. They have european style high quality beds, which support your back really well. They cleaned my room every day while I was getting coffee. My balcony got sunlight for many hours, but the room didn't get hot and AC was top tier. The location is good. There's a lot of shops and restaurants within 1km radius. The area itself is quiet.

    We recently visited Chiang Mai and had a great time. Mid Sept is still off season and occasional rains but its not a spoiler at all. Awesome places to eat and shop. Weekend visit is recommended as lots of markets are only on weekends so can take advantage of that. Amazing Vegetable and fruit markets. Would be great to take a Airbnb and cook a nice meal while there. We visited Thaphae Gate, Jingjai Market, Wat Phra Singh, Wat lok Moli to name a few and they were all good. We recommend Siam Bike rentals for good deals for Bikes. We stayed at Jonah hotel and it was great value for money. Eating places Bodhi Cafe , Khoi Soi Mesai and Coconut shell restaurant to name a few. The night market near Marriott Hotel is a must visit.

    I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lhong Chiang Dao Glamping in Chiang Mai, and I can confidently say it was one of the most incredible hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. Surrounded by the soothing sounds of a nearby waterfall 24/7, it truly felt like we were immersed in nature. It’s the perfect place to disconnect from the hustle of everyday life and reconnect with the serene beauty of the outdoors. One of the most magical moments was at night—around 11 PM onwards, the sky came alive with countless stars, offering an awe-inspiring view you rarely get to experience in the city. If you’re looking for a solid glamping experience with unparalleled hospitality, breathtaking natural surroundings, and starry skies, Lhong Chiang Dao Glamping is the place to go.     Chom Tong is a small town about 1.5 hour from Chiang Mai. Travellers use it as the base to explore Doi Inthanon. There is a decent choice of F&B establishments, supermarket, cinema, etc. Best explored if you have transport (rental car or taxi service which can be booked by the day)

    The property is far from anything and the road is quite hard to get up especially at night as there are no street lights. The view is easily the main attraction though as well as the bathtub. Food was the Moo Kata which was 490 which was about right for 2 people. Breakfast was okay.

    Chiang Mai was great. Local restaurants in and outside of the city. If you feel brave enough. It’s worth hiring a car and heading into the hills and mountains away from the city as the countryside and national parks is stunning. There a lot of little gems the normal tourist trails worth exploring. I ate at several different restaurants which weren’t the normal tourist restaurants and the food was great and cheap.

    Welcoming little town well worth visiting. The temple and the caves are great but the best thing for me was that I stumbled into a bar up near the cave which is called . . The Cave bar. This place has to be visited if at all possible. Wonderful hostess and a really chilled, funky vibe.

    Beautiful spot, but very isolated, making visiting tourist attractions and temples expensive. Please be aware....some taxi drivers do not speak English at all and have to communicate via Google translate.

    The cool & freezing weather.

    The cool & freezing weather. Must stay here for atleast one night if you have a trip to Chiang Mai. Experience the beautiful flower farm and walking distance. You will appreciate the morning fresh air & cool cloudy fog if you dont mind walking to the flower farm nearby within 15min walk . For Muslim, even though it is only one restaurant that offer halal food , but the taste was worth the price. Will repeat next time if i travel to Chiang Mai.
