The hotel is even better in person than it appears in the pictures. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom is also well-equipped and roomy. The pool in the room has a comfortable temperature and is always clean. All the staff are ALWAYS friendly and show genuine interest. Special mentions go to the bellboys Tom & Jerry, as well as Tenya at breakfast and the bar. The breakfast buffet is extremely varied, offering great local and international dishes. As a fitness enthusiast, you’ll also get your money’s worth in the top-notch modern gym.

By far my best stay in Thailand, the couple that runs it are both adorable and went above and beyond to make my stay amazing ! I even booked an extra night because I loved it so much. The room is incredibly spacious and bright, everything is SPOTLESS !!! The bathroom is big, the hot water is nice and regular and not a single sign of mold anywhere (which in my experience is rare in Thailand). The bed is comfortable and the ac is nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious! Great view from the balcony where I admired a nice sunset. The cleaning lady is also very friendly even going as to arrange the toiletries I left on the counter. Great location just off the main road so quiet but still close enough to make getting around super easy. Close to a 7-11 for some midnight snacks ;)

    I highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting Khao Lak. The resort is spacious and beautifully decorated, although our room was a bit on the darker side. Everything was immaculately clean, and the shower was excellent. Having a private pool was a real treat, especially since our room was located at the back, offering great privacy. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and we loved the included activities—we did a Muay Thai lesson and went SUP/kayaking in the river. The private beach was stunning, with beautiful sand and a peaceful landscape. Also, a special thanks to the staff, who kindly allowed us to use the hotel’s facilities after check-out since we had a late flight. We had the chance to relax on the beach, enjoy the swimming pool, take a shower, and get ourselves ready for the flight. That extra effort really made our last day stress-free. A truly wonderful stay!

    Breakfast was fair enough to enjoy, although there were many visitors. We had an unforgettable experience. On the first night of our stay, there was a sudden loud noise which turned out to be the breaking down of the airconditioning compressor. The front desk and security members promptly checked and changed the room to a tranquil place. All the people working in the hotel were so kind and smile.

    The resort is very comfortable, beautiful and has a large territory. Our room was nice and offered a pleasant view to the quiet pool. The bed was comfortable (not too hard as it is often the case in Thailand), the air con was good and quiet. All details are carefully thought through (e.g. there are even beach bags in the wardrobe). The breakfast was plentiful and very delicious.

    I loved everything about this property. my room had an ocean view, it was clean, comfortable and perfect for me to work remotely. The staff were lovely and really helpful when needed. The beach was perfect for swimming and it was very convenient having a minimart and a tour shop so close.

    I loved the resort with scattered rooms all over a sloping area with the beach right at the bottom. The staff are exceptionally professional, with a golf car ready to take you down or up. The pools are set in the lush vegetation, and it is a definite for going back.

    If you want late nights, loud music and a party life, don’t go to Kho Lak. If you want rest and relaxation, great food and no crowds this is the place. Pick your time of year and the town seems deserted.

    Not as busy as Phuket, less people but lots of restaurants with reasonable prices. Very family orientated, no night clubs & pole dancing girly bars. Khao Lak is what Phuket was 30 years ago but is becoming more popular.
