United StatesThis family is so kind and considerate, they were so accomodating to my needs. Picked me up from the pier and dropped me off, gave me fresh fruit and came to inspect my little cabin when a bird flew in. On top of the excellent customer service, the bungalows are private, comfortable, and absolutely stunning. I wish I stayed more than one night seeing how nice it was!! Also the food at the restaurant next door is exactly what you'd want: authentic and delicious. Can't recommend this place enough!!

HungaryVery nice location in the middle of the forest, next to the river. The wooden tents are cozy, equipped with a fan and to my surprise there was no mosquitos inside. The bathroom is in another small building, all clean. The host organises different activities, such as bamboo rafting which was a great fun.

We had a beautiful bungalow with a shared bathroom, that was absolutely ok, clean, close and no any queues or so, but there were spiders inside😩 Bungalow is very clean and comfortable with a fan and a terrace. Even a gym and access to coffee, tea and bananas free of charge, that was cool. We rented a bike there and got a timely transfer to the van. Very nice staff. A restaurant is a bit europeanised, tasty. A place is very close to the hanging bridge, one can also easily go to the national park, but by car or bike.

IrelandThis place is beautiful! The landscape is nicely arranged, cabins are comfortable with fan and toilet, we loved waking up with those stunning jungle views!
They prepared us a delicious and super complete breakfast, they helped us to go to Cheo Lan Pier when all our Bolts were canceling the ride and they stored our luggage for 2 days while we stayed on the lake. They also gave us some bananas and water to take with us. The owners are extremely sweet, we are so thankful for all the help and the amazing experience.

I have read many average reviews before going there and was prepared for some inconvenience but surprisingly everything went great, way beyond my expectations. First, even if one staff member doesn't speak English, there is always someone near who does. Breakfast was good (I ordered eggs benedict. Come one, who wrote the review that they have only Thai food! Nonsense). In the dinner menu you will also find both Thai and western options like grilled salmon or pork chop. They are not that expensive. Let's remember folks where are we staying. It is a floating hotel! You won't get food for the price of a skewer from the Thai night market obviously. Worth to consider buying a voucher (sold either on the pier or in the restaurant) i.e. buy for 2000TH, you'll get 2500THB to use in a hotel restaurant and some activities (sorry don't remember which ones, used that for drinks haha!). You also get 30mins per person free wifi, which is possible to pause and not use in one shot. I haven't used it and enjoyed the scenery around me though. And this is why we are coming there, aren't we? The amazing views and closeness to nature. You can enjoy free kayaking, swimming pool in the lake (how crazy is that?!), and of course the lake itself. Hotel offers you to take private boat from them (4000THB both ways). Take it! My wife was hesitant, if there is a chance to stop for the toilet during the tour. There is! Just ask the guys on the pier and speak with the boat driver. In the middle of the journey there is rangers station (Nang Prai Raft House on google maps). No problem to stop there, no extra payment. Nice people everywhere. Boat from the hotel takes you on the way there to the most beautiful places of the park. It's basically a tour. We got there from Krabi (paid 2500THB for old smelly corolla taxi) and went after to Phuket (3000THB for clean Iveco SUV).Guest review byKamilPoland

If you can get a room with a private pool and Mountain View it’s amazing . Only ten minutes to the dam . The most incredible day out and the hotel can arrange this for you .
