- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.2Superb - What previous guests thought, 574 reviewsCan definitely recommend White Sand Beach resort on Koh Mak. The island itself is small and lovely, perfect for those seeking solitude. The resort was calm even though there were several other guests. Staff is very friendly. There are small beaches surrounding the resort with a great view. Breakfast and restaurant served good food, but the best food on the whole island can be found at “Q bar” at a walking distance from the resort! You can rent a scooter at the resort for a good price.Guest review byAndreasFinland
- From US$137.53 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 902 reviewsWe had the best stay of our trip in Seavanna. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the lovely Dariana and the receptionists. They gave us welcome drinks and welcome bracelets. Our room / cabin was beautiful, we slept really well and woke up to the gorgeous view of the sun, sea, palm trees and hammocks every day! It was so nice. We didn’t want to leave but we’ll definitely be back :)Guest review byRebeccaIreland

Personnel extremely relaxed and helpfull ( read: spirit of koh Mak is living overthere ). A special place where you truly feel "disconnected" from the busy world, but really are connected with nature :).Guest review byStevenBelgium

I felt like every need I had was addressed and taken care of immediately. A standard fan room was comfortable and not too hot with the breeze and you can't beat the view!Guest review byBrandonCanada

Koh Mak is quite small but beautiful and has a lot of nature. Good kick-boxing school. Variety of good eating places Koh Mak seafood being one of them. It is far more relaxed than Koh Chang with less to do but I actually found the peacefulness and serenity more alluring. The people are friendly and it has a up early sleep when the sunsets kind of vibe but also if you want to be out later you can. There are some very picturesque beaches and bars. Also a variety of takes on food By the sea has great sandwiches etc. If the weather turns bad then this is when the boredom may be an issue. However I loved the thunderstorms and lightening shows. Best I had ever seen.Guest review byMarty TUnited Kingdom - 10.0

After researching on Google satellite I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Much lusher and more tourist-friendly than I expected. Though it's a small island, there's enough there to explore more than we could in 3 nights. And it is the ideal launching site to visit the famous diving and snorkeling sites around Koh Rang island. Five nights would be adequate, unless you're a snorkeling/diving addict, then maybe more.Guest review byFredUnited States - 8.0

Very small island which is still kind of rural and not very touristy. That also means that there are not many amenities or fun things you can do. Accommodations are more basic, food or bar options are limited, and you've seen all of the island in a few hours. But you can also have a perfect chill time without any noisy tourist crowds or big loud party areas. Beaches are great. If you want more action, just take the ferry to Ko Chang (once a day).Guest review byTyeJ_travelGermany
