The staff are very attentive, but only when they understand you so rhe Restaurant is letdown by the lack of English speakers so the wrong thing turns up Regularly at breakfast The breakfast offered however is fabulous and beautifully presented …once they understand what you want and that is a challenge. The design of the restaurant like the rest of the hotel is beautiful and it has a wonderful spot overlooking the river. Dinner, is expensive and it certainly not the best food in the area but you would need to take a taxi or have a hire car to go anywhere else as the hotel is literally a tiny island in the middle of a confluence of two very gentle rivers …. which is rather wonderful when you stay here We hired a car to get anywhere but the one occasion when I took a taxi I spent 30 minutes going in a circle on a magical round trip because the directions that I had given to Reception were not conveyed correctly to the taxi driver who spoke no English and could not read Thai. I never reached my destination and had to return to the hotel Again misunderstanding of English was a recurrent theme at this hotel I recommend if you stay here to download the LINE app and request anything you want in writing on the line app as that seemed to have a better result, but of course you can’t use that in the hotel restaurant This is nothing to take away from the intention of the staff to help you as much as possible, but it’s just difficult when they don’t understand anything you’re saying and they don’t tell you when they don’t understand you. I did use Google translate so that they could read it in Thai, but I think some of the staff can’t read in Thai so that doesn’t really help either. The response from Reception when using the LINE app was exceptionally good 👏👏👏 Diana in particular at Reception should be highly praised and the owners of this hotel are lucky to have her

The staff are very friendly, speak good English, and are very helpful. I feel, they are very considerate about the needs of international travellers, e.g. there's a tourist map of Ayutthaya in your room, you'll find the WiFi password noted down and a short instruction on English TV channels. They don't have dining or breakfast options on site, but there are good coffee-shops in walking distance for breakfast or brunch. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. The sitting area outside is wonderful with lots of plants.

The property is in the university campus but is privately run. Staff was very helpful. Plenty of parking. Relatively quiet at night although close to the highway. Room is large and decently equipped. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Thai choices were tasty. Nice fruit selection. Inexpensive. Will stay here again next time. Recommended for those looking for value for money accommodation with standard services.

Super clean Hotel, a cozy garden for breakfast. Location is extremely convenient. Very friendly and helpful Stuff. First, We came from Chiang Mai with the night train and arrived at 4:53 am. I just simply asked for them to organize a taxi to pick-up us, but they came in person to catch us! At 4:53 in the morning, since we are 5 Persons and 4 Luggage, they even came with 2 cars together!!! That kind of service is even more outstanding than a 5 Stars Hotel!!! Second, after we checked out, I got a message from the hotel that the computer cable forgotten, i gave them our Bangkok Address and ask to pay via paypal. But again, they just send us free of charge. Their service is really awesome!!

The property was in a great location to the sites, places to eat and night markets. There were 3 rooms that all had bathrooms and could be used privately. But booked them all, as we are a family of 5. There was air con in each room, which we great appreciated after looking around the ruins. It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast and the staff were lovely. Thank you.

    The temples are very interesting, and it takes time to visit at least 6 or 7. It's advisable to visit with a guide or a tuk-tuk. The city doesn't offer much else. Even the food options are limited (in July). Very good place Coffee Old City and Earthling Craft - Coffee & Bar (if you are not afraid of spiders)

    My favorite part was the garden!

    My favorite part was the garden! I loved the little rabbit and the chicken, and the garden was so pretty with the waterfall, mist, plants, and pond. The room was very clean and quiet, and I got the pool view, which was really nice. They have a lot of amenities, including a pool and a cute cafe, Moakmai. The staff were very welcoming, especially Khun Aey, who showed me around the amenities and the garden. They also served Japanese breakfast by the pool, which was a lovely touch.

    Very cultural & if well planned most areas are accessible by bike - we hired for a couple of days & did 3-4hrs each day which was more than enough to visit multiple sites especially in the heat & humidity

    The site is easy to get to just asked any taxi driver.

    The site is easy to get to just asked any taxi driver. You could wander around for hours just see everything. Maybe not for children. cost me 80baht, Thai get in a lot cheaper. They is places to eat out side site.
