The property was clean, comfortable and cozy. The stuff where welcoming and cheerful, we checked in late at night and we were hungry so they gave us free food, it wasn’t much but I liked the gesture.

Really nice place on the perfect location to explore Sousse. The people working here are amazing and very helpful. It was very clean and we could leave our bags at the reception after checkout for free. The restaurant downstairs, same owner, is also very nice and even tho they don't have vegetarian food on their menu, they will make a really nice plate for you if you ask :-)

Everything! The hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful—especially the lovely Mrs. Zainab, who truly saved my trip at the last minute. She was a beautiful spirit and a wonderful presence at the hotel, along with her amazing team. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the pool area was very relaxing. The location is perfect—right by the beach and close to the city. My room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed a quick look at the city and the amazing views of the sea and swimming pool. Everything was spotless and well worth it. The entertainment was also a great bonus. I really enjoyed my stay.

All the staff in every department were polite and helpful. The food in the restaurant was superb with an amazing choice. The bars were good. I can find no fault with this hotel.     Amazing Stay! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Our sea view room was absolutely wonderful, offering stunning vistas that made our stay even more special. The beds were made to perfection, and everything was spotless. The shower, toilets, and water pressure were all amazing—truly a luxurious experience. The hotel itself is very safe and clean, with a truly impressive spa that I absolutely loved. The indoor and outdoor pools, along with the beautiful beach, were simply spectacular. There’s also a lovely bar where you can play cards and relax in the evening if you prefer to stay in. The housekeeping staff and pool attendants were attentive and kind, making sure everything was just right. Parking was convenient and secure, especially for my rental car. Breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent, providing a variety of tasty options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere. I can't wait to come back!

    Virtually nothing. They don’t accept credit card because they don’t want to work with bank system. They requested cash at the counter and they show you the location of the withdrawal. Ahahahaha so pathetic and very low level…. Downgrade this hôtel to 0.5 just for the building

    The level of rubbish, care-worn facilities, unkempt beaches...

    The level of rubbish, care-worn facilities, unkempt beaches made for a very disappointing vacation. Very little information or promotion of the heritage/antiquities at carthage, Bardo museum or in the medinas. The traditional souks appear to have been replaced by stalls selling cheap trainers, clothes, copy watches and handbags. The significant drop-off in tourism following the terrorist attacks a decade ago has been a major challenge.

    Sousse, in general, is nice if you are looking for resort-...

    Sousse, in general, is nice if you are looking for resort-type beaches and vibes; it is a bit shabby, and everywhere seems to be piles of rubbish and construction debris. The medina could use a deep clean to make it feel nicer. The people are friendly but very insistent, and most people (not shopkeepers) will go out of their way to help; it shows their kindness. If you are staying at a resort and have a bracelet attached, try to hide it when roaming around, as it attracts scammers and high-priced taxis. Police are everywhere you look and make us feel safe.

    I did not go sight seeing.

    I did not go sight seeing. However, the people there are the best of humankind. I was there go get a family member back to UK who had fallen sick whilst on holiday in Sousse. From Taxi driver to hotel staff, they came to help in any way possible.
